first cycle ongoing sick pumps

Yes, 3 weeks my friend. 2 weeks is too soon even for Enanthate, and Cypionate is a longer estered compound. You don't want to start to soon because you run a risk of having the hormone still in your system saying 'shut down' and now youre running PCT telling the system to 'turn on' and its not going to. Hormone must be cleared, for the most part, in order to start the recovery process.
 
Tx n ya been hitting it hard in the gym and been trying to make sure I get my meals in not gonna lie though all this eating has gotten my belly a lil bigger too but I assume that's to be expected with the eating more

Can depend. If it seems a little excessive you may have high estrogen causing bloat.. could be too many carbohydrates or maybe an intolerance to grain or dairy if that is in your diet.

Ya for sure on the three weeks. Thats gonna vary depending on esters. Take Sustanon for example. Lot of people wait two weeks and start when in reality, with that compound containing the Decanoate ester, you should be waiting 4 weeks.

It is dose dependant too. You will have to wait longer for 1000mg/wk to clear than 500mg/wk for example. The three weeks is a good rule of thumb for 500mg/wk.
 
Ok so I'll go 12 weeks and for pct imma take nolva n clomid togetherbut for pct I was wondering if I could a warm like ostarine to help out was reading some people do that? And ya I'll make sure to get bloods done pcauae ur right it won't hurtt me to get it dine now!!! And just say later on a wanted to run another cycle should I just run test by itself since I didn't do it this time so I could learn from better from that like test cyp or test ethenate?

Learn this: Your recovery is THE most important part of your cycle at 25yrs old... FACT!

Run the standard, tried and tested PCT protocol - and do NOT fuck about with it.

AT 25 YEARS OLD - YOUR RECOVERY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR CYCLE - DO NOT FUCK IT UP!
 
clomid an nolva is the standard, tried and tested pct, but its also the worst and most failed lol..i would go with pharma torem if u can get it...and trying not to be the biggest asshole i will ask have you even read a single page on this forum before sticking the needle in your ass?
 
I think we all got that feeling the first time, the big gains in strength and great pumps. Its a good feeling. But keep at this bodybuilding thing for long enough and it just keeps getting better :)

I never get any "SICK" pumps :( I'm week 10 test 500mg/week
pumps...?? it feels same like when I was 380 test natural....

Steroids alone arent going to give you a pump...maybe a slight pumps. It the nutrients you consume (mainly carbs) along side the gear thats going to give you that pump.
 
And of course the manner in which you train....

If you're using moderately heavy weight, slow pace with decent mind/muscle connection - the pumps should be insane!
 
I felt the same way my first cycle test only. I trained natural for 13 years first. With in 4 weeks all my lifts were going up, way up.

The only reason I suggest test only for a first cycle is because that is all you need. Save the stacks for when gains slow down. You can include dbol, tbol or var and i bet the gains will be no better than test only. Save the big guns for latter, when you need them.

Very good point. I couldn't agree more. Proper form is EVERYTHING. It is the foundation and nothing is more important that form. The amount of weight you use does not matter and long as you progressively overloading the muscle.

I like to add to your point on moderately heavy weight as some people might misinterpret that. You do want to train as heavy as you can YES, but not to the point that form is compromised. You want to use an APPRORIATE weight for the muscle group your training.

Don't throw weight around, move the weight with the muscle group you are training.
