First Cycle Pins Test-e/Prop/Var results

If you havn't checked out my log, check it out for a more accurate detailed journey. I started this cycle after doing plenty of research, and had my priorities in check. I'm very glad I did this cycle, with no regrets at this point of time. Today marks my first day of PCT, and thought I'd post my lift results on some exercises, my new photos *competition poses*, etc. Now I havn't had any bashing from the start, and hope to keep the bashing away from this thread. This thread is to show people interested in cycling, a visual aid.

Starting Stats
5'4 134.8lbs 22 yrs old Starting body fat 13-16% *ribs visible, but not much definition/muscle built on abs to show*
I lifted horrible for a year 1/2 before getting into real lifting which was 6-7 months prior to cycle. Did a bodybuilding comp a month before cycle, in bantam weightclass where I placed as one of the winners.

Ending Stats
5'4 159.6lbs 22 yrs old Bodyfat 17-18% *Abdominal muscles much stronger, which gives a more idealish point of where I'm at*
Wanted to do a comp sometime next year, but wanting to be in a higher weight class maybe 155-164 with me being at 162-164lbs

Cycle-All Pinnacle Gear
1-15 weeks of Test-E 500mg
Anavar (var) I believe I started on week 9, and did it at 50mg ED for 60days. All the way up until 5 days before PCT
Test Prop 16-17 Did 125mg Test Prop shots 3 days after last Test-E injection, did 8 injections
T3-Did 25mcg ED for a month mid cycle, and stopped.
AI- Weeks 1-2 .25mg Weeks 3-17 .5mg This past Saturday, Monday did full 1mg to finish bottle.

PCT- I have enough for this method, I see many different Anavar (var) iations on how to do post cycle therapy (pct). About loading, running longer. I figure to load, and if I have more why not run it.
Clomid- 100/100/50/50/50/50
Nolva- 40/40/20/20/20/20

Sides
First 2-3 weeks I had bad insomnia, I was shooting for 8 hours every night. Half my cycle, i woke up 4-5 times a night to piss. Not to bad acne. Libido was fine. Only ever had a bit of anger maybe once or twice during whole cycle. No Atrophy. Bad bad calf cramps from the Anavar (var) , someday I could walk half a mile before having to sit down because it hurt. I did take taurine to help with this, but was only 500mg. I can't say consciously I ever felt a difference in the gym, that feeling of gear kicking in or being in you. Music always makes me pumped, and I always felt bad ass in the gym.

Diet-
I kept a pretty damn clean diet the whole time, sure there were a few times where it wasn't clean, but I always made up for it. My diet was always up and down during cycle. At first I was around 2700-2800 calories, but I kept going up and down from 3000-3500. I ate 6-8 meals a day, separating carbs/pro and fat/pro. My protein intake during cycle was around 225 at beginning to middle and early end at 300 to end at 250 and now done I'll keep around 200 for post cycle therapy (pct). Carbs were 300-500 at times. A casein every night before bed.

Supps
During the cycle I was at one point taking 15 grams of creatine, went down to 10 grams for I read many articles on Anavar (var) + Creatine= awesome so wanted to test this theory, I thought it worked. I did 3 CLA's everyday, beginning of cycle I did ALA pills post workout, did 3 fish oils with casein, B complex ED, regular multi everyday (2 on workout days split into 4 mini multis spread out). L-Glut 15 grams a day, spread evenly out. For half my cycle I took 1 G of BCAA each night when I woke up to piss.

Now I'm only jotting down some of my lifts from certain days, just to show progress. I'll write down exercise, then first week stats, then last week stats.

I wanted to give an update since my PCT is done.

Weight- 154lbs, dropped 8lbs, kept 20lbs.

Body- I can tell now that I get sore easier.

Gym- Most my lifts have stayed the same, maybe gone up a bit, a few have went down just a tad.

Blood work- In 2 weeks I plan to get blood work.

PCT- 2-3rd week in was a bitch, was a tad emotional and dick stopped working.

Future- I wish to keep bulking for the next 2 months, and then cut down to around 8% BF before next cycle.

Looking good Ricco ; we're about the same size - I'm 5'5"- 160lbs. ....cut to 7-8% BF and you"ll be ready for a BB show. Get bloods....~Bo
 
My ultimate goal is to be around 170-175 at 6-8% BF. Though it will take sometime.

I'm possibly thinking of doing a NPP/Prop/DBol cycle next or maybe a Test E/Mast E/Tbol cycle.
 
lol I don't know if that was to be rude, or sincere. If sincere then, Id rather stay my height for competitions. Though I've always wondered how much of an impact my social life would be if I had a few more inches of height.
 
Theres perks in being shorter too , I do endless dips and pull-ups when "Stretch" over there struggles to get 3 chins. Squats too , I have shorter thighs and can usually outlift the lankier types. Never bothered me with the ladies either....
 
Yeah Boboy I lift heavier then most guys at the gym, and I get constantly starred when I workout. Girls have always been shy though, since they usually go for taller guys. But once I get with them to come chill with me their usually mine :p.

Also would anyone estimate my BF% someone earlier said 14 % max 15%
 
FUCK YA MAN. This thread has me PUMPED. Sort of. I just started a cycle of test, and I'm hoping to gain a quarter. Possible.

Not feeling different in the gym is somewhat discouraging, but like you, I feel out of control in the gym natty.

Your strength gains are impressive as well! Dat deadlift increase...

Shenky- Yeah im hoping to hit around 450 next cycle on deadlift!
Franky- Thanks mate, gonna try and lean bulk it for the next 2 months before cutting. Blood work in 2 weeks.
