[First Cycle] Test Cyp and adding Var -harden up?

Blood tests run and look good.

First Cycle (running now)
1-10 test cyp 500mg/wk (250mg M&Th)
8-12 Anavar (var) 50mg ed
1-16 Arimidex .5mg EOD
1-10 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu/wk
10-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 1500iu/wk
13-16 Nolva 40/40/20/20
8-16 Liver Supp (hawthorne, Milk Thistle)

Training
I've been training for 7 years (hard 3 years). One of my parents is a kettle bell trainer, so I have good form, lifting discipline, etc. Here's a sample of my week:

M- Chest, tris
t- upper Back, Bis
w- Legs
Th- off
Fri- Shoulders (its own day bc my toughest to build)
Sat- Cardio AM, Core PM (abs, obliques, lower back)
Sun-off


Diet
Lean Proteins
Veggies & Fruit
Sweet taters
brown rice
Nuts
Lean dairy (cottage cheese, 1% milk, Yogurt, etc)
Minimal Sugars

2500 Cal per day
Min 200g Protein (inc 2 shakes)


Diet Sample is as follows:
8:30a- 50g Whey+casein protein, banana
10a- Low fat cottage cheese + Kale
12noon- 3 egg whites+ Chicken Breast + Brown Rice
2p- Beef Jerky, Almonds, yogurt
4p- (pre-workout) spinach, ground turkey, fruit
Workout
6:30p- Post workout shake (40g pro, 40g Carbs)
7:30p- Salmon, Sweet potatoes, green beans.
9:00 Casein Protein 40g
10:30 Bed



Two Questions:

Does my PCT look good?

I'm in week 4 (and loving it, no sides at all) and was planning on adding the Anavar (var) in week 8 just to harden up and keep the gains. Thoughts on that?
 
just to let you know test cyp and anavar will not cut you up... you need to be in the 10-15% body fat range to start getting "cut"

I would recommend a high carb LOW fat diet, and some serious cardio...

eca might help but In my opinion thats not healthy to be using steroids at almost 300 pounds. not trying to be rude but health wise steroids will raise your BP and mess with your cholesterol, especially Anavar. sounds like a stroke waiting to happen.
maybe im being a little dramatic but honestly your not exactly in best health to be taking these powerful drugs

though I must admit, your diet is not bad. I would recommend sticking to test only and try to get your weight down to the 225-250 range then in another cycle use the Var

i see you are on week 4 of your first cycle. I'm on week 3 of my current cycle and loving it as well

also a suggestion to add to your diet.
If you feel you are hungry still, try adding some mashed potatoes in middle of the day before lunch.
mix flax seed meal with the potatoes that will add more fiber and omega3's and other good nutrients to help you lose some weight.

you can also do a morning cup of sliced tomato and cucumber and pour some apple cider vinegar on the tomato/cucumber to help raise your metabolism.
also un-breaded grilled chicken is a great source of protein and has almost No fat!

another thing is try to have your carbs in the morning since they are digested slowly they will give you long lasting energy. fruits are naturally high in sugars so you should eat them earlier in the day as well for the most part

12noon- grilled chicken un-breaded + Brown Rice
