im a relative newcomer having only done 2 short courses
1 of test prop and decca, and one of decca dbol. i did get some serious gains in my 7 week cycles, but they were gradual.
30lbs in 3 weeks seems unhealthy.
on my decca & dbol cycle i was training mma 3 times a week, with judo and boxing twice, along side my weights and 5 mile runs daily and i still found i could be caught short of breath in the gym cos of the excess weight id put on in such a short time.
surely you must be feeling something similar?
