this is my online journal for a first cycle test only

I will be using british dragon Cyp 200
400mg/ week - 8-10 weeks

one shot on Wed / the other on Sun

I have nolva on hand
PCT will be nolva and clomid

6 years natural training
10-12% bf

Mon- Chest
Tue - Biceps
Wed - Legs
Thr - Triceps
Fri- Back
Sat - traps


no delts you ask?
well, my fronts get hit on chest and rears get hit on back
mids will be hit with traps, heavy uprights should take care of them
My shoulders are my strong point
chest and bicep are weakest hence they are hit first in the week
Legs are good
Tricep good
Back is excellent - many, many years of pullups!
Traps are good
 
Dec 7th - Sun

second shot - left quad 1cc
no issues

will use 25g instead of 23g on Wed

starting to increase calories,protein,water,carbs, and good fat
 
Dec 8th - Mon

Chest

Wide grip Bench Press 225x10, 235x6
Dumb Bench 85x8, 85x5
Wide grip Incline Bench 185x6, 185x4
Dumb Incline Bench 75x6, 75x5
flat dumb fly 60x5

225x10 was personal best on bench press
beat my old record by 2 reps

DIET

1 cup oatmeal
2 jumbo whole eggs
4 jumbo egg whites
2 cups of skim milk

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
2 scoops of optnut whey protein w/ 8oz of skim milk

2 chicken breasts
mashed pots
green beans
multivitamin

330pm preworkout
1 cup of oatmeal
2 scoops of optnut whey protein w/ 8oz of skim milk

445 - 530pm
HIT THE WEIGHTS

600pm post workout
50grams of pure dextrose
2 scoops of optnut whey protein
10 grams creatine

chinese buffet consisting of:
plain white rice ( ok a little sweet and sour sauce )
veggies
chicken and beef

All-you-can-eats are my favorites :)

a gallon of water everyday at least.

I might lower the carbs slightly, up the protein, and up the good fats
I think the carbs might be too much for me

just changes or updates

I am still keeping the water at a gallon
and eating a lot.

I tweeked my right shoulder a little bit doing the machine dip, reverse dip exercise on thursday 12/11

I will rest on the weekend then hit it back on monday

I weighed 216lbs

up 4lbs!!!

probably water and the 10g of creatine and the extra food

I will always weigh myself on tuesdays and update
 
also,

I started taking Avodart .5mg ed on Friday 12/12

I have a great hairline for almost 33 but I noticed more feeling in the scalp area since I started. More DHT floating around for sure.
better safe than sorry.

I lowered my carbs slightly because I was feeling so bloated and my gas could exterminate a small village.
I know it's not the test causing the bloat because it is way to early and I get enough water because my urine is always clear and I piss constantly.
I have eaten high protein diets in the past and I never felt bloated or very gassy.

I noticed I am not as sore from mondays chest workout
It was a good, intense workout and I am always sore from working chest.

breakdown is = 700 calories,51 gram protein,52 grams of carbs,22g fat

and a change in 930am snacktime

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
8oz of skim milk
8oz of black angus steak

breakdown is=730 calories, 57protein,47carbs,26fat
