Olympic barbell curls 115x10, 125x4 ----- should of tried 120 instead
barbell preacher curls (ezbar, inside grip) 100x9, 105x5/6
dumb incline curls 45x8, 45x6
squatting cable curls (ezbar, inside grip) 150x8, 160x6
weight = 229lbs
I only went up one pound from last week
I am going to increase my water,calories,etc.
I want 240lbs at the end of the cycle
that would be a gain of 30lbs
that would make it all worth it.
