weight = 229lbs

I only went up one pound from last week

I am going to increase my water,calories,etc.

I want 240lbs at the end of the cycle
that would be a gain of 30lbs
that would make it all worth it.

all my pants still fit around the waist.

I am really watching what I eat
no booze,sweets,salts,fried foods.
drinking water like a mofo
I got a buddy who started his first cycle at the same time I did.
he always talks about drinkings.
I told him eat big,train big = grow big
he is a young guy. He doesn't have the years of natural training I have.
I can go out to the bars, drink water, look at the ladies, and still have a great time!

People are really noticing!

I have a head cold that started Monday (1/12) and I am just starting to get over it today (wed 1/14)

Mostly sneezing,stuffed up nose.
Not enough to keep my out of the gym, thank god.
Damn Wisconsin winters!!!!!
I have been keeping up the water intake and food intake as well
