jumped up in weight for legs!!!!

injected Right quad 200mg, 1cc
no issues

nipples feeling weird
started 20mg liquid nolv to be safe
no lumps or puffiness
better safe than sorry

if slight tenderness doesn't go away, I will bump up to 40mg ed.

this is my first time w/ liquid nolv so I am taking it day by day
 
well to play it safe, I did the 40mg liquid nolva today (12-18 thr)
I will keep posting results of this.

no issues

still doing nolva @ 40mg ed
nips are getting better but getting slightly nervous

no lumps at all but nips are a tad puffy and sore
probably need a few more days for the nolva to kick in

well, I am back.
RedRum, gyno symptoms are pretty much gone.
lowering my daily liquid nolv to 10mg to be safe.

I ate very clean during the xmas holiday
no sweets, no booze
had to miss a Legs training day because my gym was closed over the xmas holiday.

dammit!!
I will hit them xtra hard next time.

Saturday I had to skip Traps workout. Pissed me off!!!
I had a stomach virus or flu
I rested saturday and sunday
It's monday now and I feel much better
I ate practically nothing on saturday and about half of what I usually eat on sunday.
I tried to drink as much water as possible each day to try to flush out the bug.
I hope it doesn't affect my workouts or gains this week

I tried liquidex on thursday 1-1-04 and on friday 1-2-04
just .25mg each day.
I am hoping that it didn't cause my stomach problem on saturday.
To be safe, I am going to use liquidex eod in the future.

Currently, I have no signs of gyno and no heavy bloating
So, I am going to lay off the nolva and liquidex until I feel it is necessary.

I am still taking avodart .5mg ed
no problems with that.

I cracked open my 2nd bottle of BD cyp sunday 1-4-04 and injected 200mg into my left quad.
I got 9 injections out of the first.
no complaints

It is a little sore today because I forgot to lube the needle before I injected.
It was a little painful going in.
I had to do a quick inject while my girlfriend was in the shower.
Next time, I will be more careful.
