First cycle

still only up 10 pounds but more muscular looking rather than bloated so im gonna eat even more. im done taking weight gainer and eating real food where i would drink a weight gainer shake. i bought plain protien and ill start drinking a shake with a few of my meals for that little extra.
 
I re-read a lot of the posts and see your having problems sleeping Don???
This could be because of the Dbol, a lot of people complain about that. Just try to get through it, when you sleep you grow. Sleep is in the top 3 most important things for BBing. Maybe when the Dbol stops you can sleep more, which is good cause the test will really be kicking in.
 
Well he shouldn't even be on juice in the first place. He's 145lbs. I shit bigger turds out then him. Geez what happened to hard work. Oh that's right everyone's lazy.

Any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or did I miss that part in the thread? Hey Dahurt, nice natty gains bro. I'm in PCT/inbetween cycles and trying to gain natty too. 4K cal, 300 protein daily. Eating a lot (healthy) trying to gain some weight. What's ur diet like?

TDEE is at 2852 for working out 6 days a week. Ill take your advice and just eat cause getting all these calories from healthy food is so hard.

I made a pizza today hand rolled dough, tons of provalone, salami, artichoke hearts, spinach, roasted red peppers marinated in balsamic and olive oil, tomatoes and basil on top and a couple fl.oz of parm dip about 1500 cal and i dont think its that unhealthy either.

Ill add more burgers and lots of pasta and chicken to my diet and i can easily eat over 4000 calories this way. It will def pay off to work in a restaraunt!

this is not the way to do it... bulking doesnt mean eating crap.. your going to put on unnecessary fat...

im looking alot more muscular and cut but still only up 10 lbs so im upping my calorie intake even more and i stopped taking the weight gainer and just taking more short breaks at work to get in some real food. im using bio x protien and i take a shake with 4 of my meals to add that extra protien and calories. i hit costco today and stocked up on alot of good foods.
 
i was grumpy as fuck today, and i feel drained of energy all day. my workouts are really good though. i took 15mg of malatonin and im planning on getting a 12 hour sleep tonight and taking tomorrow off. i really cant wait to stop the dbol and get some energy back, i dont think the test is really kicking in yet but my libido is unreal. btw im up 4 more pounds since my last post. im eating so much i throw up in my mouth a little atleast once a day from being so full!
 
so im still up 15 pounds but im a bigger and more defined/less bloated 15 pounds. im gonna eat more and more. im getting used to the big meals and my hunger is coming back strong. tomorrow is my last day on dbol then test the rest of the way. the last couple days my balls have really shrunk up so im getting exited to feel this test hit hard.
 
Let e know how the sleep situation is now that the dbol is gone. Im planning on running test E with dbol but might just scrap the dbol if it deprives sleep

Hey man sorry I just read this! Appreciate it bro. My diet is super clean - 4500-5k cal a day, protein is around 400g. I posted up an example diet in 3J's diet advice thread - and in my Epistrong Log in the Online Journal Section.

im falling asleep much faster but waking up after 6 hours and then i just lay in bed dosing off and on for another 2 until my alarm goes off. not sure whats up i just want to get a good sleep, im also very anxious alot i dont know if its from the gear or just my life. ive gotten alot slimmer, my stomache bloat is all gone im guessing i dropped tons of water after stopping the dbol. ill weigh myself tomorrow and see where im at. the past few workouts im trying heavy weight 4-6 reps and my strength is pretty unreal still. i was thinking about lifting heavy for 2 weeks then back to 10-12 slow control reps because my body reacts best to those workouts.

i cruise the misc once in a while ;)

everything is still going good. my nipples were sore but and the left one slightly puffy like only i could notice it. i can feel a little something behind it but its always been there. the soreness has gone down on its own. the right one is fine now but the left one is a little tender when i put a bit of pressure on the lump but not the nipple. im gonna give it a couple more days and decide if i want to take my adex for .5mg eod.
 
Ive read the first post but im confused slightly. Are you taking 30mg Dbol per day?

Also are you doing

Nolvadex 40mg per day week 11-12 then 20mg week 13-14 ?
 
i had a hundred 10mg dbols so i took 3 a day until they were gone, almost 5 weeks and then just test for the rest of the cycle. im extending it to 12 weeks because my 10cc vials only last like 8 and a bit injections so i picked up a third vial and just gonna use most of it. then week 13 and a half ill start nolva 40/40/20/20 and possibly some clomid. ill probably do an hcg blast for ten days.

my nips were a little sensitive when i pressed hard behind them and slightly puffy so im rocking .5mg adex eod.
 
Did my last shot of test. This cycle was ok i made great gains off Dbol but when i ran test for the few weeks after i didnt gain size just shap and hardness. Definately could have achieved this naturally. Probably wont cycle until im alot older.
