First day back in a month

Well after vacation, a stomach virus, and thinking i had cancer i finally got my ass back in the gym after a month and it was awful, lol. This is what i did.

gm's 135x 8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x5, 315x3
pullthroughs 3x10 with the stack
chest supported rows, 3x8
rope abs 3x10.

I wanted to do a little more, but had very little energy, i have onlly been eating 2-3 times a day. Just got done cooking for the next couple days, i hate getting back into the gym, and trying to eat 7 times a day again.
 
1: You thought you had cancer? Sounds like it was a false alarm?

B: What are pullthroughs?
 
Hey big man glad you are ok ! I will be going back to the gym today , I was out for 5 weeks.... i am sure you have the will and technology to get right back into the game ! LOL>>>

That is light. I usually do 315 on goodmornings for sets of 6-8 after max single box squats.

still a little heavy bro , lifes a marathon not a sprint . i would do your core excercises with just a LITTLE assistance work for the 1st few weeks then slowly add weight/excercises/reps
 
good luck coming back, I recently took some time off and now it sucks. Im coming back slowly but I still dont feel the same. But muscle memory is there so Im trying

it looks like hes having sex with an invisible woman...sorta like PB does when hes daydreaming in the gym
