First ever cycle! Need help :)

This will be my first ever cycle.
10 week cycle of test e @500mg a week.
taking .25mg arimidex ED

My problem is post cycle therapy (pct)... I plan on doing a clomid/nolva for 4 weeks
clomid-100/60/50/40 ED
nolva- 40/30/20/20 ED

This seems to be a normal post cycle therapy (pct) but I need to know when during the day to take clomid and nolva and whether to divide the doses.

Example: Wake up take clomid, lunch take nolva? or wake up take ½ clomid and ½ nolva then at lunch take remaining dosage?

Any and all information will be extremely helpful!!!

Age just turned 22, 6 foot tall, 155lbs, approx. 5-8% body fat, and been working out for almost 2 years.

I just want to run a good safe first cycle and I do appreciate and info :)
 
Few things first. You are a bit too young for gear. You are a slim guy and should build up a better base before ever considering AAS use. When you use AAS your muscle and strength grow faster then your tendons can keep up with leading to injury. If you go to the diet forum they can get you a diet garanteed to make you grow. If not, you won't be able to maintain any of the weight you gain and will lose it all immediately after.

Diet is more important than the gear and you are not close to your naturally potential at your height. I understand some people have a hard time gaining but it comes down to diet.

Your pct is off. Clomid 50,50,50,50
Nolva 40,40,20,20

What's your diet like and how many calories(exact number). Post your diet so we can figure it out.
 
Weirdest clomid dosing I've seen. Can you pics (naked if possible of course) of 5-8% bodyfat? That's pretty lean for a natural to be maintaining (also a HUGE gap, 5% is way different than 8%).
 
HAHA I had to guess on the clomid cause I saw a bunch of different things people did... but No one answered my real question. I am doin the stack no matter what because I am not growing as much as I want to...

You gotta face the facts. Your not growing cus u don't eat enough. 6 2 at 155 is almost anorexic. You weigh 25 pounds more than my lady and she's 5 4!!! Heavy foods is all u need and lots of it.

Even if you use the gear its not gonna make any difference at all cuz you have to feed the gear in order for it to work and you are not willing to do that.

From your height and size, I am guessing you are very much an ectomorph. Keep cardio to a min (only for a healthy heart), lift a ton, and eat like it's pussy. That'll make you grow.

Keep a log, so we can enjoy your results along with you.

No offense but you haters can fuck off! I consume at least 6000 calories a day. So saying I'm not growing because I don't eat is bullshit. I have a very fast metabolism which is probly why I don't get the gains I want.
 
And I did mention the fact that I have only worked out for less than 2 years... Before I started lifting I weighted around 125lbs so about 30 pounds in less than 2 years sounds pretty fuckin good to me

Yeah.....no you don't. I can almost guarantee it. People keep throwing this bullshit around and have no idea what that amount of calories actually looks like.

I posted this in another thread. It's an example of what ~9000-10000 calories looks like:

Meal 1 5:15am
2 bananas with honey while cooking
3 egg and cheese sandwiches (6 whole eggs, 6 slices whole grain bread, few slices of cheddar)
bowl of cottage cheese
glass of orange juice and glass of whole milk

PWO Shake 7:30am

Meal 2 8:00am
large glass of whole milk
Top Sirloin Steak
bowl full of fiesta potatoes
however many green beans it took to fill up the rest of the plate my steak was on

(Pre nap ) Meal 3 10:30am
2 turkey burgers (homemade my wife makes em real good)
big ass cobb salad I make my own dressing and skip the bacon
2 mango's

Meal 4 12:30pm
2 bowls full of mac and cheese:
whole wheat pasta
gorgonzola cheese sauce
ground sirloin
spinach

Meal 5 2:30pm
Whole turkey leg and some breast
potato salad (mayo is nasty I use some whole grain mustard to hold it together instead)
some fruit salad

Meal 6 4:30pm
2 bison burgers with 2 over easy eggs on each
Sweet Potato Fries

Meal 7 6:30pm
Chicken chipotle burrito (didn't get around to eating it the day before.....couldn't let it go to waste)
spanikopita
half a roasted chicken

Meal 8 8:30pm
Ribeye Steak
whole milk
bowl of cottage cheese
few tablespoons of almond butter

Sleepy time around 9:30ish


Now, you're trying to tell me you weigh 155lbs and are eating 2/3 of that? Bullshit.

I remember a thread where some kid was eating like a few cans of tuna, crackers, a chicken breast and a salad and thought that was like 3000 calories lol.

Meal 2- Large chicken breast with 2 cups of rice

Meal 3- 2 more heaping scoops of ON serious mass PWO (1250 calories)

Meal 4- 14 oz lean ground beef or steak with 2 cups of rice

Meal 5- 2 filets of Tilapia with red potatos

Meal 6- 1 last scoop of ON serious mass (625 calories)

So already I am consuming over 3000 calories just from my protein powder. I am not sure what the total number of calories is but my friend who is a body builder made it and confirmed it was over 6000 calories. So what now faggots? Don't fuckin sit here and say I am not eating when I eat probly more than you!

For one I stated that I have a friend who is an ACTUAL body builder and does competitions unlike you. I never said he knew everything, that is just you being ignorant. And 6000 calories is 6000 calories reguardless if it comes from a protein shake or not. I came here to ask ONE simple question about my post cycle therapy (pct) and no one answered it. For the people who weren't assholes and politely said to eat more... thank you I do appreciate it. And to Fags like cobra strike... unless you say shit I want to hear then shut the fuck up cause I'm not gonna listen to your dumbass. If this cycle doesn't work as well as I intend then it doesn't and I will learn from a small mistake.
