i dont like that split, that might vary well be your problem. its worth giving one or both of these programs a shot. i used both of these programs "starting strength first" To get my weight up from a little lighter then you to where i am now at 205lbs in less then 3 years. With starting strength i put on about 20 lbs in around 6 months. Its worth a shot if you were willing to try steroids. Diet might be your other problem.
I guess I could switch it up next month and see if this change of workouts improves my lifts
