i dont like that split, that might vary well be your problem. its worth giving one or both of these programs a shot. i used both of these programs "starting strength first" To get my weight up from a little lighter then you to where i am now at 205lbs in less then 3 years. With starting strength i put on about 20 lbs in around 6 months. Its worth a shot if you were willing to try steroids. Diet might be your other problem.

I guess I could switch it up next month and see if this change of workouts improves my lifts
 
So every 4th week less weight more reps? and every 5th week instead of like barbell bench do dumbell bench press?

every 4th week do less weight and reps and more recovery type stuff. Stretching, foam rolling, posture gpp, light cardio. you should feel refreshed and energized after each workout during the deload week. assuming we are talking about the westside for skinny bastards program i use the deload week to toy around with the new exercises ill be doing for the next 3 weeks. I would run the starting strength program for a while, you shouldnt have to worry about switching up the mane exercises because of your training level. You will continue to see good gains in strength with the basics, no need to make things complicated.
 
I'm guessing you combine chest and tris? I use to do this but by the time I got to tris they were already tired as hell

the triceps and biceps are some of the smallest muscle groups in your body, no need to torch them. Chinups, bentover rows, and pressing movements will be all you need right now. run starting strength for a while and when you get up around your desired weight then go ahead and start isolating spacific bodyparts. Hitting arms like crazy now is like putting up pictures in a half built house. focuss on gaining weight with starting strength and you wont regret it. Run westside for skinney bastards after you get your weight up , it has allot of bydibuilding type stuff in it.

1. I don't even wanna touch anywhere near 350lbs. Thats obesity!!! I was just lookin to get around 175lbs. And I never ever said protein shakes were the same as food. I stated that I was consuming the same amount of calories. Believe me I am far from upset about any of this. I could care less what an over-weight 40 year old has to say

No offense but you haters can fuck off! I consume at least 6000 calories a day. So saying I'm not growing because I don't eat is bullshit. I have a very fast metabolism which is probly why I don't get the gains I want.

bullshit....no haters here but it's impossible to consume 6000 cal per day and mantain ur weight......

This will be my first ever cycle.
10 week cycle of test e @500mg a week.
taking .25mg arimidex ED

My problem is PCT... I plan on doing a clomid/nolva for 4 weeks
clomid-100/60/50/40 ED
nolva- 40/30/20/20 ED

This seems to be a normal pct but I need to know when during the day to take clomid and nolva and whether to divide the doses.

Example: Wake up take clomid, lunch take nolva? or wake up take ½ clomid and ½ nolva then at lunch take remaining dosage?

Any and all information will be extremely helpful!!!

Age just turned 22, 6 foot tall, 155lbs, approx. 5-8% body fat, and been working out for almost 2 years.

I just want to run a good safe first cycle and I do appreciate and info :)


dont run test alone..it will give you more water retention and average muscle....run deca with it..tests best use is to run it with deca which is best steroid to gain quality muscle...dont listen to these old punks who has desensitize their body with extreme drug abuse and give others advise based on their extern drug abuse and not so well responding body
 
deca is 2.5 times more anabolic then test..run test 300 and deca 200 .even in first cycle....if ppl say you could get gyno with test and deca and wont be able to detect what causing it....fuck me....deca wont give you boobs at that 200 mg doses..but it will make a lot of difference,...you will retain lot more muscle with deca and test cycles than test only
