decided after 3 yrs of training and hitting a major plateau that i would try a cycle.... and i have jsut finished
i used
1ml sustanon 250 (twice weekly) for 6 weeks,
1ml stanazol (every second day) for 6 weeks, overlapping the two for two weeks in the middle...
I had good results putting getting to 89kg from 70kg in 5 weeks (probably beacuase i was eating so much) and managed to get back to 80kg after using the stan (and getting rid of my the gut i had developed.... ) and returning to the cardio trainin i used to do
i was very happy with the results for using so little.... As was everyone at the gym (smart ass comments just kept coming.. lol)
I really want to compete and want to set myself a goal time to get to a standard where i can compete, i was thinkin of 2 yrs time... Is this unreasonable?
I am planning to do another cycle in the future but am unsure as to what i should stack, how much of it and for how long...
I want to stay relatively cut throughout...
Any ideas past experiences?
