If u are on trt anyways like u stated, just chop the bf while cruizing, 200mg/week is plenty to preserve muscle while chopping bf
u may think u are loosing muscle bro, but unless your diet is really shitty its harder to loose muscle being at a higher bf % thus being on trt then doing it naturally!
 
when u start to get into the subbed single digits thats when your diet has to be spot on for preserving the muscle while chopping the last bit of fat!

ya my plan was to maintain for a month or so after my cycle then cut on my trt dose for 12 weeks, then just before spring run an osta/s4 stack and cut hard for the warm weather.
 
its all mind shit anyways when on either a bulk or a cut, either or, u think u are gaining to much fat on a bulk, or getting skinny on a cut
once u learn how to control your mind and let other people be the judge the far better off you'll be, u see your body ed, we dont see a change ourselves while others see a change if they havent seen u in a month or so
Our minds play a huge part in this, dont let or think u are getting skinny, once u get down to 12 to 10% or less thats when the shit shines, u loose 20lbs of body u look 20lbs heaver and bigger with lower bf equaling less weight, more defined, and get vascular, there's nothing better bro, once u get to that stage, u start to pack on some lean gains and see the progress alot better, u have mass br, once u chop u will look alot better is what i am saying, and dont let your mind fool u!
 
does anyone have thoughts on the tbol/dextrose questions i asked?

for me, that much dextrose will just make me fat. if you think about it there isn't a need to replenish muscles quickly unless you are in a sporting event right away. the slower method over time has just as much muscle building properties and less insulin to shuttle fat to your muscles. I've tried it and also tried it with slin, if you don't care about the fat storage at all then go for it but it'll make minimal difference imo. The tbol at this point would not show up in gains again from experience. the only thing that works late in a cycle for me is to end it with tren ace, you can only force so much muscle on the body with gear but tren seems to be able to continue to do that, I haven't had success with tbol, dbol in terms of muscle gain at cycle's end, maybe to maintain strength while coming off the test sure but gains not so much. Just my experience.

interesting oldawg...i figured as much about the tbol. i'm not terribly eager to throw it into this cycle.

as far as the dextrose...i've been using 80g 5 days a week post workout only. i think i'll stick with it for now and see what happens. if i notice fat gain i'll stop before it gets too far.

I actually have a deca/test/dbol/slin/gh cycle cued up and I'm debating the slin. My maint carbs with no cardio are only 75g/day so more than that and it's fatty fatty lol. I fricking hate cutting too. it's all a give and take, using the sugar to spike slin will surely help shuttle nutrients to the muscles post workout and also contribute to some fascia stretching I suspect, but it's at a cost of bodyfat. My thinking is that a bulk at this stage, I'm 5'8" 220 10% is at a cost of a 10 week cutting cycle months after to see my hard work, and time cutting means time lost lean bulking and also riding the elipticle for hours and hours. You can get an insulin spike at only 40g dextrose and a nice one. I've measured my blood glucose to be 9-10 after 40g glucose as opposed to 4-5 otherwise.

I agree totally...my mind plays terrible tricks both when cutting or or bulking. "Your getting to fat..cut the calories" or "Your going to be a skinny bastard". I found it best to let the tape measure and bf (7 pt caliper) do the talking instead of my mind.

agreed...with Matt's post also. I'm the worst when it comes to judging my body. My girlfriend is my judge now...she's honest with me. When i was on a cycle last year she told me i was getting fat lol . according to her expertise i am not getting fat but my mid section is bloated and wider looking as opposed to a nice taper at the ribcage. i'm assuming that's bloat from the deca. i think once the bloat subsides post cycle i will be happy with the results....do feel kinda chubby tho lol......i'll post pics very soon
 
I think your upper back looks the best. More mass than the precycle pics. As it's after a meal it hard to tell but your mid section does look bloated. And work those wheels:)

update on the gear quality...

ok so the bloodwork was not very impressive as far as total T is concerned. I was expecting to be higher. My source contacted me to tell me his long trusted raws supplier has been giving him crappy powder recently. He apparently got a new supplier. He is sending me 6 new bottles of test E 300 that he promises will be 10% overdosed. He told me to start on the new bottles as soon as they come in and send him the bloods in a month or so. Stand-up guy, very professional of him to go out of his way to let me know this.
