First ever log. Test Deca Dbol Bulker.

so literally been pissin out water weight the last couple days since dropping the dbol. im talking like peeing every 30 mins lol. the bloat has gone down a bit. somehow i'm 3 lbs heavier. 223 today. granted it was late in the day so there are a lot of variables. strength seems to be climbing still. i was able to get 185lbs for 10 reps on my last set on barbell military press. normally my last set is 165 for 8ish.

just thought i'd share my post wo meal.

1 scoop whey protein, 5g glutamine, 1/2 cup granola blended with water. tall glass of chocolate milk, 3 eggo waffles with syrup, 3 whole eggs scrambled, 8oz grilled chicken breast and a banana. i try to get in a good amount of simple sugars in this meal. it's the only time i eat sugar other than first thing in the morning.
 
thats a heavy meal haha. I'm sure you will put on good amount of weight if you keep eating good

thats the plan my man lol. i keep the meals portioned and frequent throughout the day then slam a power meal after i lift. followed my another protein/fat meal before bed. post workout is the one meal i don't count macros, i just fit as much protein and carbs as i can till i feel sick haha.
 
Mid cycle blood work is in. I was expecting the total test to be a bit higher on 600mg/week. Was hoping for over 3000. Most recent injection was Monday morning and got these done Tuesday afternoon. Also estradiol is low. Last time the sensitive test was 18 points lower than the non sensitive so that would put my estradiol at 12. Different lab this time though If it makes a difference. I don't feel bad like I crashed my estradiol or anything. My shoulders have been hurting a bit though. Gonna drop down my adex to .25 eod now that I'm off the dbol. Just found this log, great job so far. Definitely see improvement especially in you back shots. Result aren't going to be quite as noticeable in a photo due to your bf% but you know your shit so stay the course. Just curious what your BP is sitting at right now (ballpark guess). Mine usually takes a pretty big jump when I add size, one of the reasons I'm choosing to stay on the leaner side from now on.
 
Hey OP you look great. I did want to ask is it normal to take 5 cycles to get to that size or do some people pull it off naturally?

thanks man!. my last check-up was about 2 weeks ago and my bp was 145ish over 90 i believe. that is definitely elevated for me, but that was mid dbol. i can only imagine it dropped a bit since stopping dbol but i will get it checked again before my cycle is over.

I would have expected your total test to be way higher on 600mg of test a week.
well it's not too far off from where i expect to be...my trt dose of 200mg/wk puts me just over 1000 so if i'm taking triple my trt i would expect to somewhere around 3100. bloods were done in the middle of week 5 so maybe levels aren't quite built up yet? i will get another mid cycle blood test in a few more weeks cuz i want to be sure this gear isn't underdosed.

thanks bro. and honestly i should look WAY better after 4 cycles. i think most people would be much more developed than me given the same cycle history. i was dealing with low test since i was 21 when i ran my first cycle and it was very hard to hold onto muscle post cycle because of it. I would over eat to try and keep my muscle, but i would put on bodyfat so easily so i never really looked good. i would try to cut, but i would lose so much muslce before i was satisfied that i would stop cutting cuz i was getting too small but still looked flabby. it was an endless battle lol.

long story short, if your training and diet are good, it should NOT take anywhere near 4 cycles to look as good or better than I look now. and YES it can be done naturally.
 
your rbc is creeping to the upper limit, might want to schedule a blood donation or maybe some asprin to thin the blood. haven't seen the progress pics just the bloods and 2700-3000 meh, the deca will be doing more work than the test.
 
Thanks for letting me know man, it's good to hear I might be able to achieve my goals without cycling. It sounds like I may need to dial in my diet or just give it more time to get the results I want.

i donated double blood right before i started the cycle. my hematocrit is well within the safe range. i plan to donate again after the cycle.
 
curious about the potency of my gear...does anyone else have an opinion on my total test numbers? 600mg test E/wk and bloods were taken mid week 5. total T was 2725...

i did some research and looked up other threads that included blood work. there wasn't many for 600mg but i found a few threads with bloodwork on 500mg/wk and the results seemed to be between 2300-2700. so i guess i'm not that far off. everyone processes it differently. even my trt dose of 200mg/wk puts most ppl close to 1500 and i have yet to get over 1100 and that's with pharmacy grade...
 
I am actually lowering my TRT dose from 1ml to .8ml each week. 1ml has me to almost 1400 total test, to high for cruising. That blood work was done in the morning before my pin.
 
When you have a sec post up some more pics. It would be interesting to see if there is any difference after the dbol water loss.

****underradar: no luck with dexa scan. i thought i had it locked up but my insurance didn't accept the fake diagnosis the doctor gave me lol. i've been using the handheld one at the gym which is supposedly very inaccurate, but the point is even if it reads too high or too low, it has stayed the same so far so i at least kn ow i'm not adding fat....yet lol


its monday of week 6 and as you can tell i usually only update when something worth sharing happens.

week 6 updates: great mind to muscle connection going on. i can really squeeze the muscles im working on and isolate them.

motions seem more fluid. i'm able to keep good form on heavy lifts without having to adjust or alter my form because of joint pain.

i missed the dbol pumps last week, but now the test deca pumps are kicking in and man they feel great.

my arms are taking on this new shape that i really like, you can see the separation of the bicep and tricep nicely, especially with a good pump.

strength is not climbing rapidly, but it's been a nice steady climb of strength. maybe adding a rep or so a week, but first few reps feel lighter for sure. not too worried about huge strength gains, i'm more focusing on flexing the muscles as i rep and really shooting for max hypertrophy. no ego lifting on this cycle, if i have to drop the weight to get better isolation on my target muscles, then so be it.

overall i feel better since stopping dbol. dbol was great the first couple weeks as it kept me in a great mood all day, but weeks 3 and 4 i was almost in a manic state. i was overly happy everyday to the point where it was anoying and i was saying and doing things that i wouldn't normally. idk it was just weird...i've leveled out mentally since lol.


ok at this point i have 2 questions for you guys:

1.) just bought 10 lbs of dextrose which i will be taking 80g post workout with my 2 scoops of whey, folowed very shortly by my post workout feast. what are your thoughts on using dextrose. it was cheap and i thought it would be a good quick way to replentish glycogen and spike insulin for nutrient transportation. thoughts?

2.) i have enough tbol to run 80mg for 6 weeks. my original plan was to save it for a future cycle. would it be worth tossing in as a finisher....maybe weeks 10-16? i know that running 2 orals isn't ideal but tbol is supposed to be pretty mild and i have plenty of nac left. would it really even make a difference or would the test deca kinda mask the effectiveness of it? i'm all about simpler cycles and good diets to get results, but i'm just tired of staring at the bottles haha. thoughts on this? worth it or just a waste?

bro, let me know If you add Tbol and how were the results as well as your liver enzymes because i will be doing a similar cycle (minus the deca) and i wanna add anavar or Tbol in the end but I'm a lil skeptical on that lol. good luck tho
 
will do buddy. i'm still leaning towards not using it unless someone tells me it will definitely be worth it and will make a difference.
