Hey guys looking to start my first cycle of cell hdrol in about a month maybe sooner. I'm 30 been lifting on and off for the last 10 years. I am 6'2, 215 lbs not sure of my body fat. Need to build some muscle while loosing bf. i weighed about 305 when I was 20 so I get alittle scarred when upping my calories to build muscle. But you need calories (protein carbs and fat) to build muscle and I know this. I was looking to start this cycle years back but had some issues in my life that slowed down my gym time. This Is what I have planned so far
My Cycle:
CEL Cycle Assist - Start taking 2 weeks prior to hdrol and will continue during the cycle.
CEL H-Drol 50/50/75/75/75/75
Fish Oil
Taurine
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein
Optimum Nutrition casein protein
Post Cycle:
CEL Pct Assist 4 weeks
SciFit Kre-Alkalyn 1500
SciFit Gluta-Lyn 1500
Serm? not sure here some say otc is good some say a serm just to be safe. I would rather have a serm on hand but don't no what to get or take. Just private message me with info for this
I still need to pick some things up so any good sites to buy from?
Workout:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - Biceps & Triceps
Thursday - Back
Friday - Legs
I'm going to try to keep my diet at about 3500-4000 cals/day with about 200- 250g of protein.
Looking for opinions and dos and don't here. Thanks guys
