can you link to which video helped you?
also are you supposed to go in with a swift quick motion, or can you press the needle against your skin and then just push it in? i saw one video on youtube and it looked like the person jabbed it in hard and there ended up being blood.

i just checked there's so many of them can't tell which one are the good ones besides going through every single one and there's several pages of these
thanks! that was a good video. only thing was i was thinking to try glute first since i heard of people being in pain afterwards from doing it in their thigh but, i probably need to do more research on it. maybe they were in pain since they didn't do in the right area like he said in the video there are 3 parts of your thighs and you're only supposed to do it on the outside, so maybe that was the reason.

You haven't injected yet? Didn't you get your stuff last week? I used to be scared of needles, but when it slides in like butter. No problems
My first shot of t was by a nurse, she ended up hitting a nerve. I have never had problems injecting myself. It's definitely a mind game. You'll be alright.Just anywhere in the ass lol. I told my wife after I injected in the thigh and it got sore. Baby I'm gonna start taking it in the ass she kinda looked at me and laughed haha poor choice of words. Is there a specific spot in glutes or just anywhere
You want to stay up and out. If you section off one of you "cheeks" in to 4 quadrants you would want to stay in the upper outer portion. You have your sciatic nerve running through there and you want to stay away from that. If you google glute injection locations you will find lots of info. Some of the other guys who have vastly more experience than me could probaly tell you more.

No idea what everyone is talking about. Quads or anywhere else for that matter doesn't hurt. Some minor discomfort yes, minor pain yes but not enough that I'd want to admit I even noticed it to anyone ESP not my wife.
It is what it is the shot it's self I felt nothing at all no sting nothing a day after I was sore as hell dunno

lol, I think once you do it a few times it's not as bad. I wanted to pin my quads cause it's just easier that the reach around to my butt. The pinning went fine no pain injected the oil went well.....the next day no lie my whole quad was swollen red & hot...oh yea & hurt like a mother fucker....I had a limp for 5 days....& I'm no pussy.
I pushed myself thru my leg workout & it actually felt better after that.
