First Pin....Major Screw Up

I need another place to pin. This is my 5th week of pinning my ass and my left cheek has a bump so I need to skip it for a bit. My right cheek is fine. Where should I pin in my thigh?

And here is a really really bad noob question: WTF is aspirating? During all my advice seeking from my buddies who gear up, no one said anything about aspirating... Fire away...

(The weird thing is the bump on my left cheek appeared 5 days after the pin. No redness or anything just a bit tender.)

Asperating is after pin in pull plunger back jently if blood comes in hit vein, air buble good procead, I do outer thigh 1/4 up from knee

Awe OK, thanks! Is there a thread here where I can find a diagram where to pin my thigh? I did a search but perhaps my wording was not correct.

What does it mean/feel like to have "LOWER BACK PUMPS?"

WTF is it?

It like getting any other pump in the gym. But this is in the lower erector spinae/lumbar region. I spend a lot of time carrying heavy lumber and hanging drywall so that gets it going at work.

In the gym deadlifts, squats, or any other exercise that requires heavy core stabilization gets it going too. It's not a shooting pain like nerve issues or a pulled muscle. It just gets extremely tight and is uncomfortable to remain standing. I usually have to sit down for a couple minutes and it will give me enough relief to continue the exercise....only to pump it up again LOL

Had my first one today. I was like "what the f?" but then I realized the whole "back pump" thing.
