How many calories do you consume a day? - What types of foods? How often?
How long have you been training? How consistently? What methods or philosophies? How many times a week?
How many hours do you sleep a night?
What kind of medical problems might you have? Psychological, Physical? Medications?
And finally... What are you goals? Big, Lean, Both?
None of this will justify you using AAS because of your age. But, it will help the vets on here recommend which direction to take your training and nutrition. I will flat out recommend 3J all day long. I've been with the dude since Sept of last year and he knows his shit. If you ask enough questions and know much about nutrition and training to begin with.. you can take a lot away from a coaching by him. Now, if you've wasted all your money on your dealer/trainer.. the nutrition threads on this very forum will help you meet your goals just fine if you're willing to learn. Good luck my man, and drop the idea of drugs for now. Research AAS now, use them when you're brains finished developing.

You can use her if you feel like you are learning anything from her. But tell her you aren't interested in roidz yet because of your age. Don't justify your decision to her and if she tries to interrogate you on your reasons just be short with her. Something like cutting her off and saying "Sorry, but I'm not going to do them yet". Don't be skert bro... just a girl with big ole' clit.
You should go get your test levels checked. That may make you feel better about your decision, seeing the level you almost destroyed and all.

Stop, get rid of her and get a partner instead of a trainer. You can get training help here and train like a beast with a good partner with the same goal in mind. Stay here and get your diet here etc...
