First Test Cycle Log.

Today I changed my workout from sets of 10 to a pyramid 12/9/7, had a, awesome workout!! Really glad I decided to go that route over 3 sets of 6.

Today I also decided to try something new,I've been pinning with the same needle I draw with, today I decided to change the needle with a fresh one.Another great decision! Haha, fresh needles break the skin so much easier. I'm going to order some 20 gauge needles to to draw with so then I keep my 23 gauge needles fresh for the pin!
 
Update: Week 3

Weighed in today at 181.6, so I only gained 1 pound since last week, but I feel fuller then I did last week, even sprouted a new vein in my tricep.

I've been eating like a horse, have suck to my diet as a minimum amount of food and calories (4000) and try as hard as I can to add on top of that as I am not worried about a gain in fat. Just want to make sure I eat enough

I have been getting 9-10 hours of sleep each night, when I wake up I am not sore at all. Normally when I switch up workouts the first two weeks are absolute hell but now I wake up and almost feel like I could the same muscles again (I don't of course), but its crazy how good I have been feeling lately!

Blood test, I am thinking about week 5 to get my levels checked, any suggestions on moving this forward or back?
 
Super long weekend, due to poor logistics I didn't get some of the MRE calories I counted on, luckily I brought some high protein food but I still felt protein and calorie deficient. Sleep wasn't great either, a few hours on a bus there and back, but its over so I can get myslef back on track!

Two people commented that I looked pretty big so I know I have been making some improvement, which feels good, but I don't think I look any different other then beeing fuller from the added calories. Anyways I'm starting week 4 now and expecting to really start putting on weight, reading others logs they seem to feel "super human" around now and I just don't feel that, just feel more energy in the gym, and fast recovery time.

Almost want to buy another bottle and boost the dose up a 100 mg or so.

Also last night I was going to get a little wild with the wife and couldn't keep it hard to save my life, still horney though. Don't know if was from a super lack of sleep over the past few days or estrogen levels, can honestly say that's never happend to me before.
 
2 Week Update:

Weighed in at 180.6, I've avoided looking at myself in the mirror in the thought that I would see the gains if I didn't check all the time. Well today I had to look haha, I thought I been gaining a lot of body fat but after a quick look it really didnt seem like it, I'm 9.6 pounds up and can still see my abs and everything. Not to say I gained 9.6 pounds of muscle by any means but I know I gained a few and my lifts went up a little bit.

My diet has been locked on, eating more then what I originally planed but its all clean food, no nasty garbage.

This the is my last week of sets of 10 and now I'm going to a pyramid, can't decide if I should do 12/9/7 or go with lower reps

Good luck in the cycle and keeping an eye on it as I'm doing the same cycle except doing ~625mg/wk. keep up the good work man! And as to your body fat concerns, realize that a lot of this will be water weight and bloat from the exogenous test. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should help keep it down but I've noticed the same thing so far in my cycle. Gained some weight and worried about fat but I notice on days when I fast for most of the day (just no time to sit and eat with things I have going on), most of the bloat is gone and what I thought was fat is really just water. My point is if you're bulking and cycling, stick to your plan and worry about the fat afterwards. Take advantage of the time on cycle to build that muscle. If the weight gain is absurdly high, maybe try a lower deficit or eat less carbs and ramp up fat and protein as carbs aid the body in retaining water. If you're using creatine during cycle this will also exacerbate the water and bloat issues.

A suggestion for your cycle, you can get 20gram protein bars for $1.25 a piece at Walmart, far from perfect as as far as diet goes but it would be better then nothing when you have little time and notice that your fasting.

Thanks for the tip brother I'll check them out. I get some protein powder from Costco and its one of the cheapest around. I actually don't mind the fast too much though. It's like a mental test for me to see if I can stick to my game plan even when I'm starving. It doesn't happen too often but again, thanks for the tip.
 
Update:

End of week 4, did not weigh in. Bullshit right? Haha, I was getting done with my last lift and my wifes friend came over to talk to me and I completely forgot about weighing in and just went home. Tomorrow I will post a weight and hopefully I'll find my camera and get some updated pics up over the weekend.

Today I decided to head over to GNC to see if they had any weight gainer on clearance (as GNC clearance=any other stores regular price haha). Anyways I got a 10 pound container of Iso Mass for $44 which I didn't think was bad as its 30 servings and has almost 1000 calories and 70ish grams of protein. Not gonna use it to replace anything in my diet but I figured the extra calories would be nice if I did half a shake in the morning and half right before I workout.

Going to try my hardest to get bloods done sometime this upcoming week or the week after, problem is the nearest $50 test is about 60 miles away and I don't know if my insurance is gonna cover a second panel locally ($350). I will get it done just need to wait for a good day to do it.

Almost forgot, tried pinning my left quad again, last time it didnt go well, this time it sucked too haha. Right quad is smooth as can be, but I keep finding nerves in the left. I think I'm gonna give up on the left quad and try calves.....

Update:

Since I forgot to weigh in yesterday for the end of week 4 update, I weighed in today. 186.8. Means I've gained 15.8 pounds in 4 weeks and 1 day, pretty crazy haha. Also today was chest and tris and I felt like a beast!
 
Nice bud. Good progress. Are you having any water retention?

Yes, I am holding a little bit of water and I have gained some fat. I'll do my best to get pics up tomorrow or Sunday so whoever is following this can see what's up rather then just read a number

Keep working hard bud, itll keep getting better. You have long arms like i do, they take FOREVER it seems like to get them big
 
Update

End of week 5 now, I'm up to 188.9. For whatever reason I was really shocked today when I saw that number on the scale even though its only 2.1 pounds up from last week. Maybe I'm just used to being in the 170s haha.

Lifts have really gone up, I've been having a hard time gauging it the last few weeks since I switched up my workout and its hard to tell what's simply adjusting to a program and what's a gain in strength. My workout buddy has been the same the last 2 weeks on bench, and for me I've gone up 10 pounds on both bench and incline each week for the last 2 weeks. I've gone up 50 pounds so far on leg press too, I can say this accuracy since I decided to stay with sets of 10 for legs rather then the pyramid I've been doing for everything else.

Sides, every once in awhile I pop up a fresh zit but but nothing drastic. At night I do sweat a little bit normally, but the last few weeks have been bad; Could also be that it's spring now and it's starting to warm up....no anger problems, no gyno but sometimes they are a little sensitive...might have to up the LiquiDex a bit
 
Uped my liquidex to .30, not much of an increase but maybe it will do the trick whole sensitive nipple thing. Also I got really zitty in the last 3 days, popped 4 or 5 on my face, hope it goes away haha

Side note, really killed it in the gym today, felt like a beast!
 
Update

End of week 6. Weighed in at 189.5, I blame this due to losing water weight from sweating a lot at work as its been very hot the last few days and my 1 gallon jug and 2 power aids in a 9 hour work day didn't solve the problem. Strength is still up from last week though, today was chest and tries, I hit 240x12 255x9 265x6 for incline, which I though was crazy as I did 230 for 3 sets of 6 right before I started this cycle.

Work has been killing me lately and there's lots of stressors in my life right now but I'm doing my best to keep it together for this cycle, I want to be that guy that puts on 30 pounds his first cycle. There's been 3 different people this week that have said something about my size, not to be a 13 year old girl but the compliments made it feel worth the extra effort I've put in.

That little bit of a bump on the liquiDex solved my nipple problem(as long as I can keep my wife away from giving me titty twisters everything she gets the chance haha) zits are a little better but still some on my face, non on my back or chest.


Also, YouTube "brosciencelife" watch rookie mistakes in the gym...and all the rest! Funny as hell!
