Not so bad, I had that 2 weeks off of lifting and went from sets of 6 to sets of 10, normally I lose 20-25 pounds on my bench this time I lost 30. But I'm still doing 270 for 3 sets of 10 so I'm so I'm still 20 pounds ahead from pre cycle bench, curls and tri ext I have been able to keep the same weight, just on the third set I lost maybe 1 or 2 reps depending.
Legs have stayed the exact same as when I was on cycle. Normally I pre exhaust with 225 for 3 deep sets of 10 or 12 and then go heavy on leg press so I don't hurt myself, but no loss on anything legs
