First Test Cycle Log.

Final update:

I am 3 weeks after my last shot (just ended the first week of my post cycle therapy (pct))

I started my post cycle therapy (pct) 13 days after my last shot rather then 14, guess I was just hoped to make sure my natural test kicked in ASAP.

I experienced a little bit of anxiety and some very minor mood swings starting at day 10 or 11 off cycle but that went away 2 or 3 days after I started my post cycle therapy (pct). I don't have a "moody" personality so I think that has really helped.

As for now it feels like like recovery is in full swing, I'm at a solid 190 so far So I haven't really lost anything, my lifts are about the same, which is cool because I only got to workout 4 times while I was gone for the 2 weeks.
 
Well, last few days of PCT and I lost it all, back to 171....just kidding I'm holding a steady 187/188, feel great and ready to roll into my next cycle. Lost some of the thickness I had on the test (which must have been an increase of blood flow in my muscles because I didn't really lose much weight)

My goal was 20 pounds kept but ill take 16 or 17 ;), diet is back to about 2700 calories a day which is about maintenance for me now.
 
Not so bad, I had that 2 weeks off of lifting and went from sets of 6 to sets of 10, normally I lose 20-25 pounds on my bench this time I lost 30. But I'm still doing 270 for 3 sets of 10 so I'm so I'm still 20 pounds ahead from pre cycle bench, curls and tri ext I have been able to keep the same weight, just on the third set I lost maybe 1 or 2 reps depending.

Legs have stayed the exact same as when I was on cycle. Normally I pre exhaust with 225 for 3 deep sets of 10 or 12 and then go heavy on leg press so I don't hurt myself, but no loss on anything legs
 
How about a follow-up? I'm sure we'd all love to know what happened post cycle.

I kept at 187-189 and started a different cycle, I'm 198 right now holding a steady 12% body fat, first cycle is the best cycle so have your diet and mind in the game when you start
