First Test Cycle Log.

Update

End of week 6. Weighed in at 189.5, I blame this due to losing water weight from sweating a lot at work as its been very hot the last few days and my 1 gallon jug and 2 power aids in a 9 hour work day didn't solve the problem. Strength is still up from last week though, today was chest and tries, I hit 240x12 255x9 265x6 for incline, which I though was crazy as I did 230 for 3 sets of 6 right before I started this cycle.

Work has been killing me lately and there's lots of stressors in my life right now but I'm doing my best to keep it together for this cycle, I want to be that guy that puts on 30 pounds his first cycle. There's been 3 different people this week that have said something about my size, not to be a 13 year old girl but the compliments made it feel worth the extra effort I've put in.

That little bit of a bump on the liquiDex solved my nipple problem(as long as I can keep my wife away from giving me titty twisters everything she gets the chance haha) zits are a little better but still some on my face, non on my back or chest.


Also, YouTube "brosciencelife" watch rookie mistakes in the gym...and all the rest! Funny as hell!

Excellent progress so far man!! Keep that intensity and dedication up. Looking good in the pics (insert obligatory no homo here lol) and don't worry about the weight if its water weight loss. Keep up with your diet and adjust calories as needed. My job is physical too and it's been getting over 93deg inside with the ac ON! Keep drinking water, electrolytes, and also fruit as they're loaded with water, vitamins/minerals, and anti-oxidants. On training days now with the heat I've had to bump up my water intake to 2.5+ gallons. And I still feel a little dehydrated. Your strength gains are crazy and everyone loves compliments, no need to feel like a little school girl lol. You have a well though out cycle, diet, and training and you're reaping the rewards of your persistence. FUCKING ENJOY THEM!!!!

Update

Veins all over! I have a ton in my bis and tris now, and I have some in my lats and my ribs, it's crazy! I have defiantly lost some body fat and pretty much all my bloat since I have been working more. Keeping up my calories, defiantly draws attention on lunch break when I order a 12" and 6" sub and eat them both haha. Thinking about adding in some high calorie semi decent food (not chips and cookies) to keep my body fat up, don't know if that's the best way to go about it though...

Workout last night wasn't great since I worked a lot of hours over the weekend and only got 7 hours of sleep instead of the 9 I try to aim for, but that's life sometimes, should be back to normal for awhile.

Increased my my gallon of water and 2 power aids during my shift to a gallon and half mixed with the power aids, defiantly feel better at the end of day, not dragging ass as much....
 
Great progress bud. Are you gonna be able to do bloodwork?

Yes I am, just waiting for a rain day to get down and do it, seems like every time I thing works gonna get called off they find a way to keep me busy haha. Really hoping to get it done by next week
 
Update
End of week 7. 190.0. Pretty disappointed I have been holding a steady weight for the last 2 weeks but I did lose water weight and some fat so it's not all bad. Really hard not to bump up my test to 750 haha.

Ran out of pins today as my new ones haven't arrived yet so I had to use a 29 gauge 5/8ths inch needle as its all I could get my hands on, went smooth as silk for the inject but took forever to draw and pin. Defiantly not something I want to get in the habit of as its not deep enough but I don't have much of a fat layer on my quads and the test didnt appear to leak to the surface.

Gym time today was pretty decent, not a lot of guys in my gym look like they cycle but the ones I can tell have or seem like they are on cycle look at me like they know what's goen on. I normally like to wear shirts that are a size too big because I don't like the tight feel of clothes but now all my gym clothes are pretty skin tight. The guy I lift with most days hasn't called me out yet because I make it out like I just started eating a lot and magically put on almost 20 solid pounds but I think he knows too, just hasn't said anything because its kind of a awkward question haha.

Really looking toward my next cycle already, I know I posted a totally different proposed cycle before, but I had counted out deca because its in your system for a year and a half and being in the military you never know if your gonna get a stickler officer that likes to test, but it looks better and better every time I hear about it.

1. Why not run the cycle for 14 weeks when you have more gear?
2. Ever thought up bumping up doses?
3. I am planning on taking Stane 12.5mg everyday 15 weeks (was recommended on sticky) but maybe you can elaborate on why I might need an increase like you of 25mg everyday.

Hey bro how much of a surplus are you shooting for with your diet?

Right now without weight gainer shakes I'm at 3900 calories for a planned diet, some days i go out for lunch but i still eat my planned food too as snacks throughout the day.to add to that I take a 600 calorie shake the second I wake up and another 600 calorie shake 30-45 min before I workout as the carbs pretty much dictate how good my workout is.

Some days I eat more but I NEVER eat less

Good questions, I would love to make this a little bit of a longer cycle but my last shot falls on the day I leave for 2 weeks. When I planned this cycle I coulda done a 10 1/2 week cycle and left the day I started PCT or a 12 week cycle and been gone between the end of the cycle and post cycle therapy (pct). I chose this way so I wouldn't have to deal without test in my system while I was gone.

2. Have defiantly thought of going 750 and its hard not too seeing as although there has been muscle added in the last 2 weeks (lost bloat and fat) my scale wight has been the same. The only thing really stoping me is I would like to finish this cycle as planned and not be that guy that ends his first cycle on 2 other substances he didnt plan on taking in the first place hahah

3. I'm on liquiDex (Anastrozole or arimidex,different names for the same compound) I started at .25 EOD and some time my nips felt a little raw so I boosted it to .3 EOD and that was just enough to solve it for me. Start low and work your way up.

Stane is Aromasin so 12.5 mg is good start point for that, start using it as soon as your start your cycle, don't worry about about gyno as the mind is powerful thing and can make you think you have symptoms you don't. If you notice something isn't right jump it up ever so slightly and wait a few days to see if it helps.

Yes I'm on cycle and will start my 6th week of pinning this Saturday. 2.5gallons is a crazy amount believe me but I'm a cold weather man and this heat is killing me, sweating a lot at work, and water weight fluctuations are telling me I'm losing weight in water some days even with that high of a water intake. I've had to bump up my calories even more now as weight gain has slowed so much I'm right behind you at around 3700-3900calories.

Lmao I'm sure we both are ready for that growth spurt hahaha. Thanks for the well wishes and yes I always try and make sure I have a plan before jumping into anything. You sound well researched yourself and def excited to see what your gains will be like in a few short weeks
 
Had a "fuck it" moment. I had some test P I got to use as a kick start and decided against it,I'm gonna add it to my cycle now.

So for the last 3 1/2 weeks I'm gonna be running 75 mg of Test P EOD on top of the 500 mg of Test E.

Also first calf shot ever went pretty good haha

Just be careful with those F it moments, I can totally relate to the excitement, but they tend to get us in trouble! Being that this is your first cycle and all, you really don't need that much Test in your system to get amazing results... and the higher you go the more sides you're going to experience. Since you have the Prop on hand, let me humbly suggest this option:
Bump Test E 250 to 1.25ml (this will put you at 625mg/wk)
Save the Prop for the last 2 weeks and start your PCT a week earlier than planned.

Or extend your cycle another week or so with the original Test E at 500/wk plan and end with the Prop, starting your PCT a week earlier.

Either way, keep up the great progress!

I defiantly appreciate the advice, and thank you for putting some options out there. Unfortunately I won't beable to extend this cycle but the increase to 625mg on test e does sound like a better plan.

Haha Thanks, I haven't been on in a while and realized it was time for something new!
Ironically, I realized I pretty much contradicted myself by telling you no need to add prop on top of the E and followed with bump up your E dose!! LOL I think you'll be fine to bump up another .25 per pin, just keep your eye on sides. As for the prop only portion, just run 150eod of the prop in the last 2 weeks (some guys I know like to ramp down slightly in the last week), and then 7 days later you're on post cycle therapy (pct)... saves an entire week!
Incidentally, I thought I read your baseline precycle natty was at 387?? That seems pretty low for a guy your age, unless you took the test late in the day. Take a look at that number again a couple months after post cycle therapy (pct) and see how you've come back out. I'm 12 years older, with numbers between 250 and 400 on a good day, so my urologist gave me the options of a temporary clomid "restart" or TRT... something to think about long term I guess.

I got what you were sayen haha, running prop at the end is a good idea but I'm going to be gone for 2 weeks the day I pin my last shot of test E. I won't beable to bring my post cycle therapy (pct) with me so I'm using the fact that I have 2 weeks between my last shot and post cycle therapy (pct) to my benefit.

387 is right, I got the test around 2 pm too so it wasn't that late in the day or anything, just have naturally low test, I was pretty shocked to find that out haha. When the time comes I think I'm gonna put off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as long as possible, I think I would cycle a month of clomid at 50mg ED and baised on the bloods maybe jump start my self every 3 months or 6 months or how ever long it takes for the levels to fall again. I think testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) would be great for the first few months but not something I would want to do forever.
 
Important : don't ever do a calf shot for the first time on a Saturday night and expect to move around on Monday. Not the case. Calf isn't swollen or anything just a virgin muscle on a part of the body I didn't think would affect me as much as it has haha.

I'm going to stick to quads and ventro for this cycle
