first test e cycle

i have read a lot on these boards and am planning on a cycle of my own.
im 5'11'' 195 lbs about 13-15% BF
have quite a bit of lifting experience.
bench-275
squat-325
deadlift-290

i was thinking about doing a light test e cycle, like 250 a week for 10 weeks to see how i react to that amount(might up dose, depending on result). going to use nolvadex for pct

any info you guys have or want to give is wanted

250mg of test e is 175mg of pure test..

your body produces close to 100mg of test a week anyways.. u wanna shut down your natty test levels for an extra 75mg??

run it at 400-500mg a week... at least..

drop the nolva for pct.. use clomid.. 50mg ed x 4 wks..
 
Hey Diesel, Jamy is spot on the money. I also wanted to do 250mg PW for my first cycle but after lots of research and advice from the people here i am currently doing 400mg PW and loving it.

I would not recommend anything less than 400mg PW. You will get great results from this and prob even better from 500mg.

Also make sure you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand before you start just in case.

And PM Jamy to let him have a look at your proposed diet, he is the master at diets and has helped many of us on here.

I'm LMFAO at your weak numbers and screen name.Your squat and deadlift are less then my son did when he was a 140lb 7th grader.

One of my teen lifters is a 19 yrs old,5'6" 148lb weight class.His numbers for reference.

Bench 255
Squat 440
Dead 435

He's a slender Big Ten school law student with 18 months experience.

I normally dont knock people but couldnt let *The Diesel* and his sub 300 lb deadlift slip by me without a comment.

but back to the op, follow what 3 j said no point running a fucking testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) cycle do an actual cycle if you want to see gains... I did my first and it was 1-4 d bol and 1-12 test e, I gainned 25 pounds, and am getting ready to start pct.... Fuck a little dose go big or get you one of those fancy OTC supplements.. just my oppinion

I am glad too....... Divorce and fighting takes alot out of a mother fucker.... Plus I have corporate down 2 times a week and I just seem to be running around with my fucking head cut off.... I missed being on the forum but yeah I am back thanks Oak....
