First testo enathate cycle i need help

Absolutely positive what Gil said, you really need to get that bf% down to the mid teens to avoid any side issues.

There's a lot of good advice in this thread. Please adhere to advice because many who have not end up with bad results or outright health issues. Once you loose weight and learn to eat correctly is when you will be ready for a cycle. Congrats on seeking and being sensible on the advice you have received. Good luck.

I've read it a couple times but I just cant get past the part of "Proper nutrition for bulking", its just to much maths and my brain doesn't get it for lack of a better word.
I'll probably get shoot for saying this but I kinda wished there was a simplified version for dummies like me :(
Basic formula for bulking is consume more calories than you burn. Lol. I read that article too and didnt do much for me. I***8217;m a hard gainer that just hangs out at 5***8217;11***8221; 185lbs 10-15% bodyfat. So when i want to bulk I just eat more food. When I want to cut I just go hardcore keto. It doesnt have to be so complex unless i guess you are a professional bodybuilder.

Diet is only hard because meal prep is a pain in the ass. But just google easy recipes. I eat lots of salmon, chicken and steak and tons of eggs for protien. Cook 2lbs at a time at least. Sweet potatoes roasted potatoes, fried rice and oatmeal for carbs. And always hve veggies every meal. Frozen high quality veggies are easy.
I understand. The diet is the hard part and the most important part. It's where we all go wrong at some point. Keep all your food clean and lower calories until you lose some weight. That'll help ya understand how you personally react to changes so that you know about how much to add when cycling. I guess it's just a personal decision on which to do first though......cut or bulk. I personally like to lose a few pounds then cycle for further recomp. Cutting cycles are no fun in my opinion:)
So pick a direction and fire it up bro :) Of course you could always become a client of 3j and I'm sure he will be very specific as to what you need to eat with your training. Pick a goal and share it with him. Seems to know his shit.
I know I haven't helped you. Sorry bro. Diet is tricky advice to give others.
Good luck and let us know how it goes no matter what you decide

Edit: Just realized you weren't the OP. lol.....im a dumbass

Meal prep was always hard for me as well, then i got a subZ and it changed my life as i could spend a few days a month cooking and freezing it all up, then that got tiredsome so i got myself a girlfriend and now she does all my meal preps. good stuff man and yes, those frozen veggies are delightful and wholesome.
