know your diet isn't great but unless your eating twinkies for breakfast and mcdonals for lunch you should still be shedding some weight on 600 mg of test. how long you been training for? cardio?
My old injuries keep me from strength training. I can't run at all.
But I've been trying to do more of what I can.
I've been doing a lot of leg lifts, sit-ups, half pushups and stair climbing. Stationary bike riding, badminton, and some swimming.
I didn't have the energy to exercise until I got on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) last Jan.
