First time ever. Need as much help as possible.

Ok so heres my profile:
Ht: 5'9"-5'10"
Wt: 135-140
Workout experience: minimal

Background: I've worked out all through high school and on and off though college. Here's my problem i have a TON of trouble bulking as you can see in the profile Im average height and very skinny. I've used different proteins, creatine and and pres workout combinations to no avail. Rcently a friend has encouraged me to try either Beastdrol or Helladrol but im completely unfamiliar with either however he used to be around the same build and has seen good results using Helladrol. Heres where i need some help.
1. Which am I better off using and why?
2. What else do I need to take with it to avoid sides? (and if you list something please recommend something specific and explain what it does/why, like i said im completely unfamiliar with a lot of this.)
3. what are possible sides? i dont want to finish a cycle with no hair and no genitals ya know what i mean?
4 I'm trying to keep everything under $200 if possible
5. what dosing should i take during the cycle, should i take a high does for like 4 weeks or a medium dose for 6?

How old are you?

You need to learn how to diet and train properly they work in synergy. You can take that 200 and hire 3j his tab is up in the right of your screen and he will get you going in the right direction.

No peptide or aas is going to fix yor problem diet is 80% or more of the equation. Even if you bulked with something how are you going to maintain it if you don't have the basics?

im 21, and i have Ive focused on both, ive taken wait training an nutrition classes and done everything fro eating properly to dirty bulking and my metabolism is just too damn high. I can make gains as far as lifting more weight but its super lean muscle and takes a lot of it for it to show but it will eventually, so im looking for something to speed up that process thats all.

How many calories do you eat daily?

You are too young to cycle or use prohormones. Your brain/endocrine system are still developing. You risk damaging them and putting yourself on TRT for the rest of your life. Wait until you are 25. You should be able to put on 30-40 pounds pretty easily in that time training Natty until you are ready to cycle.

It sounds like you just need to learn how to eat and train.
 
What you think is soooo much food I can almost promise you is not even close to what you need to grow.

Eat the same thing for 3 weeks. Keep every meal the same. Easy to remember, and easy to know you ate exactly the same amount of calories every day. If you don't gain weight within the 3 weeks, add 300-400 calories, wait 2-3 more weeks and if the scale isn't coming up, add more.. Rinse and repeat until you are gaining. Once you are gaining, consider changing your food selection, giving yourself some variety, and for your sanity's sake.

Keep track of where your calories are at, every time you introduce more food. Eat a good balance of each macro, and stick to whole foods.

145 at 5-9 is very small. I was that weight around the time I quit college and started the job I am at now. Within two to three months working a physical job, I had to eat more just to feel alive, and ended up gaining 10lb. That was me around 20, I'm 24 now, but I have taken 2 cycles of Prohormones. Before the PH's I was 170 though so... I promise it's just your nutrition man..

So, if you can't tell me exactly how many calories you're getting in each day, and exactly what you are eating for every meal.. There's no way you can say you are trying that hard.

Also, don't do Prohormones. Even when you are old enough. They do more harm then good to males. They are liver toxic, and they shut you down just like injectable steroids.. except you need Testosterone as a male, and PH's do not supply it.. So, when you are old enough, whether you come back here or not.. do Testosterone first, by itself, not a prohormone.
