Little background info: I have weight trained off and on since playing football and baseball in HS, but nothing consistent. Before I got marriad 2 years ago, I came in at 6'5" and 270 lbs. A wife and kid later, I'm currently 30 years of age, 6'5" and 295 lbs w/ a 30% BF. 
About 6-7 years ago, I trained for a period of about 10 months and got down to 255 and a 23% BF. Not too bad considering where I started at. Anyway, I was curious if anybody had similar stats and has worked a diet and weight training plan to optimal results. I really would like to add lean muscle mass and lose the love-handles and stomach. I'm a real high energy guy when I get motivated, and a recent change in career (own my business) has given me the time to do this, and I have no more excuses.
Time to get ripped, and see what I'm capable of!
