im 18, Im 5ft 11, and 140 pounds, iv been training for around a year with creatine and protein and not getting great gains. Iv started to consider dianabol to get started at 20mg a day for around 3 weeks? thereafter id rather take protien to keep up my gains, and would dianabol help to cut also? any suggestions on if what im planning to do is correct? also been looking at winstrol and turinabol and im really confused about what to take!
