im 18, Im 5ft 11, and 140 pounds, iv been training for around a year with creatine and protein and not getting great gains. Iv started to consider dianabol to get started at 20mg a day for around 3 weeks? thereafter id rather take protien to keep up my gains, and would dianabol help to cut also? any suggestions on if what im planning to do is correct? also been looking at winstrol and turinabol and im really confused about what to take!

Forget the steroids.
Steroids only work if you're diet and training is spot on, at you're height and weight if you aren't gaining you just arent eating enough of the right foods, it's that simple.
Oh and you have so much natty test coursing through you're body to make some great gains naturally, why shut down you're natty test with a few wks of dbol just to bloat full of water which will be gone as quick as it came.
FOOD mate.
 
I did get gains, just not alot, i eat reasonably well...and i wont be taking high doses to completly shut down my test completly, maybe dbol was a bad idea but wouldent winstrol be worthwhile to start on?
 
Your really not old enough or big enough to be using steroids - dont' take that offensively. At your age you shouldn't have a problem gaining - especially at 140 lbs. I think you need to re-asses your training and diet. Just fyi, I was 210lbs at 18 without touching a steroid (okay, 16%bf too, but still). You can get pretty far naturally!

Not to mention that's a horrible cycle you have planned.

Spend some time reading the articles and stickies, feel free to ask me or anyone else questions and you'll achieve your goals with education and hard work.
 
dude............no. take N.O. and a wieght gainer, fatty acids etc. with a high calorie diet. dbol will give you mostly water wieght that you will loose.

when i started lifting i was 160lbs, in in about 16 weeks i was 169-170 13%bf (back and fort). last year (a couple years later) i was 208 15%bf. never touched AAS until a couple weeks ago.

this year i have my work cut out for me.
