Before I start I have to say this is an awesome community spent the past hour just looking up information and man it seems fucking endless.

My background is in martial arts. Currently I am training in a few japanese arts. Lets just say I'm not looking to win any body building competitions but I have always been on the small and scrawny size. Currently I am 22, 5'9 and 165lbs. I eat pretty lousy to be honest lots of carbs and red meat and really only take my protein after a workout.

Here is my basic weekly schedule:

Su: Gym (Bi, back)
Mon: Gym (Chest, abs)
Tue: Karate
Wed: OFF
Th: Gym (Shoulders, Tri)
Fri: Ju-Jitsu
Sa: OFF

I have been doing this schedule since the beginning of the year. Though I havent really been doing it recently. I gave up once I noticed I was not able to increase reps or any weight gains as much as I tried to push. The gym days seem to just take up time.

I recently started up again and my workout buddy wrote this site down and wrote that I do the first month on Testosterone something and then work on Anavar with winstrol or he said to take dbol and deca.

But reading this site it seems there is more to it than just taking just those. What I would like to do is gain size, have clean muscle, and gain extra reps with more weight. I'll take any advise at this point. I feel as though I just reach my limit.

Reached your limit? No way. You admittedly eat "lousy", and you lift three days a week? Not to be a downer but you need to keep researching other methods. Read John Berardi for some nutritional advice and get that in check at the very least. You'd be surprised at what you can do when you're putting the right fuel in your engine.

100% right. If you get your diet on track, I GUARANTEE you will see, and feel, excellent results. It might seem hard to get it all together at first, but once you do, it's pretty easy, and you will feel much better.

^^^ agreed. being in the gym is the easy part, the other half of the battle and perhaps the harder part is the diet.

modify your diet to meet your needs, a clean diet can mean the world not only in the gym, but also your daily feeling of well being.
tell me you don't feel like shit after you eat a big mac.

By lousy I mean I dont eat more than maybe three times a day. My nutritionist said I need to be eating about 7 small meals a day. I have crohn's disease so eating something like a big mac would probably give me killer diarrhea for a few days.

My nutritionist is having me take a crap load of different vitamins. Sometimes I feel like an 80 year old when I bust out my pill box during a meal.

Theralac-probiotic
Corticare B-vitamin B
Moducare-Immune system
Sustenex- probiotic
Magnesium Drops- self explainable
Relora- Stress reliever/helps sleep

And like I said im not trying to win any lifting competitions. I just ultimately want to improve my game.
Hope this made the situation a little clearer.

Welcome to ology bro.

But you admit you lack dedication, the will, and desire to work out and train properly along with maintaining a poor diet. These are just the essentials prior to running a cycle.
To summarize your post, you're looking for a quick short-cut. It doesn't work that way. Whenever you see yourself dedicated for a few yrs and have the self-control to maintain a proper diet, then we can talk.

btw, ure workout routine sux lol. no offense!

Take that from the Scarzanator...:Pokeowned

I would have to agree with scarz 100%. You need to set you priorities and see if you can meet your goals with hardwork. Routine probably needs some touching up and I can tell by what you are doing you will be the guy with the lacking stick figured legs with the bigger upper body.

has no one read that he had crohn's disease???

Like scarz said, you are in no position to start AAS based on your current workout regiment and commitment alone. and to top it off you have a disease

talk to your physician buddy. but here are a couple of threads that might help.

thanks scarz, just trying to be more involved and help out the newbs the way you guys helped me when I was first starting out. i'm still a newb, but one with a little info...

What you need to know about steroids is that it’s not a magic potion you take and poof you’re heavily developed over night or even over the span of one year. The amount of training and recovery will always be the foremost factor in development anabolic supplementation won’t do shit if you don’t put in the time. As others have stated earlier you need to get your natural potential to its limit before considering going on AAS. The most important and over looked protocol in using any compound is safety to your health and future well being.
I don’t know you personally but when I was 22 I had no discipline for such an undertaking hopefully you are smarter than most. You need to see your doctor and tell the truth about your future practices and what risks are related in your specific situation. Also consider how you intend to keep it quiet and discrete if you don’t live alone this isn’t something you brag about in everyday circles.
My personal experience with anabolic assistance has been a positive with the exception of one unfortunate situation with bad vile of (test-e) and having to be in a hospital. My life was never in danger but I wouldn’t want anyone to go through getting sick. What we do in this culture of ours we have isn’t normal we are putting foreign compounds into our bodies that are calibrated to work in a certain fashion, that being said genetics will play a part in how you respond to AAS good or bad.
Please educate yourself and make an honest decision if this is the right time in your life to do this and if this is just impatience. I hope I haven’t offended you in any way I just want to stress that this is no joke these compounds are powerful and are not too fucked with and a cavalier like attitude will not help you in any way.

thanks for the advice guys, called the docs office today and told him what i thought about taking. after a 10 minute lecture he said he already prescribed a form of test to balance my hormonal levels and another to keep me from losing wieght. he said i was supposed to take the other stuff to help my body handle the intensity of them until it heals more. [my crohns is mostly from stress and allergies.] the conversation went on about a new diet and training smarter. conversation ended with the address i mail the scrips to that i had in a pile of receipts.

ill be taking just what he prescribed for awhile and see how things change. my routine will be changing probably. he recommended a trainer in my area. fucking expensive though. but perhaps its the best thing to do at this point.

i lol'd at the doesnt train legs comment. of course i do the weekly schedule i posted isnt perfect just an over view to show days i work, rest and at the dojo with typical focus points. i spend a full session on legs usually.

two months ago i fucked up should have stuck with it. didnt improve so i blew it off. and i def should have gotten those scrips filled back in may. not to worry back in full swing. time for bed.
