First time with Clen -- All sides...

taurine will fight the sides of cramping. You'll notice your jaw may cramp up while eating.

Clen has disrupted my sleep before, but not that bad at that low dose. Are you taking anything else with it?

I saw on another post you asking how much was in a single squirt of a researchology bottle. Maybe you should measure your dose out with a syringe so that you are not getting too much.

I was up to 120mcg but had to pull back because of:

- Increased heart rate (resting around 90-100 bmp; I'm usually 50 bpm resting)
- Jitters
- Cramping (especially in the jaw and hips)

I didn't supplement Taurine but I did up my water intake tremendously and that helped.

Funny you mention that. My boy was looking for clen and I told him to go to researchology. He called me up a few days ago and had the same question. The clen turned "clumpy" in his words. I had no clue what he was describing and I told him to email Lion..

i've never had any problems with Clen and like Trevdog said... I've ran 4-6x more than that... could have been something wrong with the batch... but I would recommend taking a look into other research companies as well... many make quality products for even cheaper
