Hello. I'm new. I never thought I'd ever find myself on a steroid forum but here I am. I know you guys get a new thread every day, "plz rate my cycle" so I'll try to be a little unique.
I'm 26, 6'2", 195, 15%. I have been lifting weights for around six years. Plenty of knowledge on lifting/programs/nutrition. I'm not interested in bodybuilding, not interested in getting yoked. I do basic powerlifting and I started olympic lifting last year. I like to sprint. I'd also like to get , ideally around 190-195 at 8-9%.
Edited to add: I do have a mild case of gyno (diagnosed). This is very likely from Risperdal when I was 15-16. I'm hoping to get the surgery after summer. Not sure if this is something I need to worry about with PH.
I'm here because I need opinions from experienced people. I'm not trying to jam a needle in my ass just yet so I'd like to explore PH. To be honest, I'm skeptical. Is there any potential for recomposition? Any potential for easier fat loss? I'm tired of the balancing act between losing body fat and maintaining strength.
I've done my reading, I'm leaning toward Helladrol/Tudca/Clomid but have seen varying opinions on exactly which liver support/PCT is best, whether you need DAA and Forma, etc. I am 100% new to this entire world so I'm not quite aboard the lingo just yet. I am open to help, I'm a quick learner, and totally appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this thread and respond.
