Just started ultra testobolik for the first time, have always been in pretty good shape but decided i wanted to kick it up a notch.....if anyone can help one dosages and the steps i should take after im off so i dont get bitch tits or something crazy, hola back, thanx

You need to post your stats, age and training experience? then I'm sure someone will help you out.

If you've already started, do you know what your doing for post cycle therapy (pct) and have you already got what you need?
 
From his post , it looks like he doesn't have anything set up for pct. He's already started and then asks for dosage. What dose did you start with bro? Take your time and read , there is alot of good knowledgable people here that will help you , but be patient. Post what Stone asked for as a beginning.

That's why I asked !!

He has already started this cycle, so I don't think he really has time to sit back, feet up and read a bit, he needs to get his shit sorted out and get some Nolva imediately at the very least !!!

Your to light for my liking and you say you want to put on size, "not fast but eventually", if that's true then you just don't need to be doing gear!! you could have met your goals naturally without it with none of the risks associated.

But it's a bit late now if you've started. For a first cycle you should do 500mg a week split in to two jabs of 250mg (one on Mon and one on Thurs for example)

You need to do post cycle therapy (pct) and have Nolve on hand in case of gyno. Do you know what post cycle therapy (pct) is and have you got what you need?

As your on gear, you must ensure that both your training and diet are all they can be, or you'll just be wasting your time and money taking steroids, muscle is not made from steroids. Post something in the diet and training forums here.
