Flu while on cycle

I just started my cycle Monday first inject of pinn sust 250. My whole family has the flu and I think I might be coming down with it. What should I do power through and keep working and pinning, keep pinning and rest, drop everything and start when I feel better, or none of the above? Thanks for your advice.
