Fluid retention issue

hello,
Monday started my 7th week on testaplex 250 i pin mon & thur. just yesterday i noticed im starting to get titties, i have no pain or no lumps, i gym 4 days a week eat lean and clean. how do i cut down this fluid issue? thanx

i would start some adex at 0.25mgs every other day for the rest of your cycle ,this will keep all bloat and gyno at bay .

i hope its my diet, im gonna go and check that shit right now. i can see that being the issue due to my job i pack big hefty lean ass sandwiches and im going with a different meat this week. ahh thanks guys.

to be honest not enough prob around half gallon of water a day, im taking 500mg of test E a week. It doesn't help that my job is in hot ass attics so i sweat my ass off all day. thanks

you dident need a compound as strong as letro my freind ,letro is some strong shit and can really fuck around with your sex drive it can also give estro rebound and make things worse ,you want to cancell that order and get adex .

start on 0.25mgs every other day (1/4 ml) see how you get on with that ,if you still feel bloated bump it up to 0.5mgs every other day (1/2ml)

yea arimidex or exemestane would be the best ai's to use. Start with the .25 dose and work your way up, you could even use arimidex ed if you need. good luck with the gyno issues. If it starts getting worse or nothing changes after a few weeks, then you might want to think about the letro.
