Folks, need your help FAST !!!

Hi all. Real quick I used to weigh 375 lbs I am 6'2. I have dropped down to 325-326 and I have to go to my doctor to weigh in for insurance puposes on October 30th...

I need weigh in at under 300, like 295 SOLID to get coverage.
Please post your input on how I can meet this goal....I will be doing cardio 2x a day 5 days a week. No lifting and pretty much cutting carbs down to about 200g a day.....

HELP !!! I have 4.5 weeks:afro:
 
Do you do cardio? If not I would Start. Also have you tried an ECA stack or clen? T3 is good but not for beginers.
 
Yes i do thats how i got from 375 to 325...........

i have 4.5 weeks to drop almost 30lbs.....This is freaking me out....

Atkins diet. IMO, not the healthiest way, but the quickest. Can always adjust after scheduled appt.
 
I don't know if this will work for you or not. Its not the most healthy thing in the world to do at all. It may just take the poundage off of you though so you might want to try it. This is a crash diet that uses carb loading and depletion and sodium loading and depletion and water loading and depletion.
