Follow up on getting seized

Anytime I ever ordered anything a little "grey area" ish I always do counter surveillance on my own home lol. But I too have a job and any package will likely have to get dropped off.

lol, counter survellience.

i have to laugh, most of the cops and LEO's workout and juice to be frank and the ones that dont......... i doubt they even care about a box of test and some tabs unless your slinging a bunch or messin with dope as well.

In my area Heroin use death has doubled in the last year, most of the cops are chasin meth heads and heroin users, writing tickets or dealing with drunk idiots. I find it hard to believe they are going to bust down the door of normal joes in their late 20s, 30s or 40s, paying their taxes, working out, raising their kids and dabbling in a little test.

I mean really. Come on.

I would say use a little common sense.
Keep your orders within reason, dont re-sell the shit and 9 times out of 10.......All will be well.

I have been wrong before, but 9 times out of 10, the guys that are getting busted are

A- big time slingers or in some kind of dope game as well
B- just really stupid and get caught with it outside of their home.

If you're not home and pick it up at the post office a few days later, there's only a small possibility that law enforcement would even consider posting up waiting for you for days at the post office over a little gear.

If you do get busted at the post office the police would still need a search warrant to raid your home giving your significant other time to clean things up a bit ;)

Kristofer is completely right I've never heard of an average guy who was on gear getting busted unless h had the shit in his car during a dui stop, left it open during a room inspection(in the military) or something to that effect, pretty much screwing yourself.

Labs and dealers are who they seem to be targeting and like I said they aren't targeting them very well. There are easily over 100,000 people who use gear in the U.S. and the biggest bust the feds can come up with is 154 people, really?

Don't sell and keep your orders small, you won't be targeted.

In regards to domestic, you shouldn't have to worry as much due to the fact that domestic orders do not go through customs, I've never heard of domestic packages being seized.

thanks for the response brother,so in your opinion, what would be the max you would order domestic, you think 10-15 vials is ok or to much?

Bullseye as i told Jada,

I wouldn't order more than 15 vials domestically just to play it safe. With domestic orders there is a lesser chance of getting your shit nabbed than internationally due to your package not going through customs so it's a bit higher than I'm comfortable with internationally.

thanks brother i appreciate it;)

just my 2 cents....if you have a package seized by local L.E and your address is on it, then its only a matter of hours before they would have a signed warrant and at your door step and if your detained and no access to call and have someone help you clean up your pretty much screwed... that being said just be smart and careful.

so are you referring to international or domestic?

Do you guys know if they ask for personal information when signing up for a PO box?

Like name, home adrress, and a number, or do they say, your box number is 452, pay 50 every month and thats that....?

Well do you have to provide ID and prove who you are to get the PO or will supplying them with false info allow you to get it anyway?
And if you do/can get it under false info, what happens when you get a package too big to fit in the box you're assigned? Do you have to show ID matching who owns the PO to pick it up or what?

Good question, I was thinkin same thing

For what I've read here and searching online is use ur real name, but what I think what really matter is if ur connect is official.

JStarks,

In order to obtain a po box, which is a form of residency, you must show you are a resident of the state which the po box is in and provide minimal information.

Minimal information meaning your name, a contact number and an ID. I believe each state is different so check with your local post office for specifics.

When the package is too big you must pick it up from the counter and yest you must show identification for the addressee on the package.

It seems like the labs and domestic dealers are the ones who the feds are truly after, not the every day gym rat.

Hope you found this information useful.:uzi:

I wish this was true, but it's not. I kid you not my old man was a juror a few years ago. The case: 1 fucking tub of pinks. Long story short. Package passed customs, but was not marked or stamped at customs. Package arrives at regional depot. Postal worker notices that the package is not marked/stamped. They open it up to find the product. A few days later poor guy receives a controlled delivery. He was found guilty and was sentenced to 5 years probation.

I'm glad I'm not from where ever that happened at. It makes me sick what people will do over a little gear. As I've said time and time again I wish we could educate them all so they see it's nothing to be afraid of.

That individual bust does happen sometimes but stay vigilant to protect yourself and your chances of being that guy will be slim to none.
