My first Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) shot in the ass was at the Doc's office. Mind you I had injected myself with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for more than 12 years before getting the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) shot, but was now being shown how to do it "correctly" by a nurse. It was done by a very hot, sexy nurse. She jabbed me and aspirated so quick, she was a pro. Just a flick of the old thumbnail and then she was injecting that sweet, oily Test into my butt cheek. What a woman!

I have done 12 cycles and I have never aspirated once...I have definately hit a few viens, as I have bled pretty bad.

I have never had a Doctor give me a shot and aspirate. They stick it in and shot it.

Sorry guys...

I guess dont do what I do...I guess

I have never noticed a doctor doing it either. Guess that's why I never worry.

When we are trained to do IM injections in school, we all kind of compete to see who can do a smooth and quick aspiration, this is one of the only reasons I know about docs actually doing it

I have often had trouble pulling the plunger back out once the syringe is in my quad. As a result I didn't bother much. This has got me shit scared of injecting now. Even though I've read it many a time before, can you guys go over the correct injection procedure? Has this happened to anyone before?

Draw the juice into a syringe and take in some air as well, change the needle and push the plunger until the air is out of the syringe and a little juice lubricates the needle, then et in the correct position and put in slowly(I dont like playing darts), pull the plunger out a little and you'll know if you've hit a vein as blood will be all over the place, if theres no blood push plunger in.

A friend just told me he NEVER asperated and he's been juicing for near 3 years now. What a CLOWN :insane2:

I mean I've had trouble pulling the plunger out once it is in the muscle. Anyone else? I've had blood drip out once or twice. No biggie. Just swabbed it and went about my business.

I never had any problems with aspirating when I was injecting in the glute. Now, when I do tren, I always end up doing a lot of it in my quads, and sometimes I have a problem pulling the syringe out when I'm finished. I could care less if I pass through a vein and blood goes everywhere.....

I would rather pass through one then end up in one!

me either until last monday...better to be safe then sorry right...i never thought i would be in a vein in my glute.

sorry to rain on everyone's parade but aspirating is just a procedural thing and isn't really necessary. you need to inject about 10cc of something into a vein to even have a SLIM chance of dying. if any of you are injecting that much gear at once we need to talk....you may have a problem.

i dont understand the logic in this one though....why not take 2 seconds of your time and aspirate instead of rushing and getting all the juice in? scared the needle is in and you wanna hurry up? i think its funny once the needle is in...i can sit there and look at it no problem....i dont understand this though....why would u even want something like this running through ur veins? just takes 2 seconds man. :spank:

Haha......are procedures not usually done for a reason ? I don't think they came up with that procedure just for the hell of it.

Ok.....maybe chances of something serious happening are slim......but I'd rather leave "slim" out of the equation and be as safe as I possibly can......plus I'm sure the gear you do inject directly into a vein is going to be wasted anyways, so why not take the half second and aspirate.

If you don't want to aspirate that's fine, we are just trying to educated everyone here on the safest route to follow..........

I blew out a vein from injecting into it once. I didn't die but it was not fun not being able to squat for a month.

i dont understand why so much discussion about a thing that means life/death(or anything related to it). i mean, some of you bros trying to be tough guys by not pulling the plunger 3-4mm so you see bubbles? just makes no sense to me ,that some people dont aspirate. whats the trouble??

I think that some people have a hard enough time taking the shots, and when it comes to aspirating they are either lazy as all hell, or scared to see their own blood. Doesn't make sense to me either, I know that you need to inject a LARGE volume of liquid/air/oil into a vein to get a pulmonary embolus, but I would never want to take a chance with my own life regardless of how small a chance it may be.

exactly

I agree you can't really die unless your injecting a lot of the stuff, you'd probably need like 3 CC's before you see any real trouble but its not worth the risk, inject too fast into a vein and you'll blow it out, painful sh)it
