i started doing cardio... realized i was getting tired waaaay to quickly so now i just walk on the tread mill on speed 4 if i recall for 15-20 minutes..
when i was on dbol i was getting mad calve pumps, we use to have to run 5k once a week and id run through the pumps limping and shit and as soon as i stopped running my legs went numb for like 10 minutes... even while running tthey went numb
On pct it's all about cals in vs cals out. Ur heart needs cardio anyway... If u burn that 250 cals on the treadmill, just eat another cup of brown rice..
Cardio is literally a lifesaver....
Most of us guys spend a fortune on gear, supplements etc to look good on the outside....
Cardio is taking care of your insides!
