I'm looking to build and define my abs...I am 11percent bf now and I can see my abs. Can anyone give me a good ab routine to help me build a great stomach. thanks!
Very true,I myself don't do much ab work, I do some after every workout just to say I did and my abs are great.I do lots of deads and squats,I think that makes the difference.Behemoth said:Use weights when you do ab exercises. Most people have fine abs, the only problem is that they have a layer of fat covering them.
I really don't think there is a secret kick your ass ab program anywhere. Just stick to the basics: Crunches, Hanging Leg Raises, stuff like that.

Nope, you can't target fat loss your body decides where it loses it.
