What are some suggestions here for us that have a tough time losing that extra 5% bf ? Ive tried all sorts of different routines, i.e. low carb high protein, high reps with moderate weight...Ive tried t3/clen and that is helping and has helped alot. Cardio intensive, 4 miles a day running, but the damn last few lbs wont go away. my diet now is 300g protein, 200 carbs, fat content is fairly low. I know there is no magic recipe for losing that small spare tire, hell i feel good going from an 265 r15 to an 195 r15 size tire, but dammit id like to drop that extra fat. Im 5'8, 200 atm, chest 48, waist 34( prolly should be 31), arms 18, quads 26. Ive been advised to kick up the deadlifts and squatting and start training 2 times a week per body part which I have done with some success, however its just damn frustrating. I have a small bone structure so I look alot stronger than I really am, but I am not necessarily concerned with strength at 35 years old. I just wanna get ripped. current cycle is 400 denkall test 1 cc per week, 400mg EQ 2 shots on mondays and thursdays, and 40mg var per day..var will stop at week 5. currently im on week 3. im going to continue the injectibles for the full 12 weeks, lay off the var on week 5 and switch to 50mg ed Winstrol (winny) tabs. t3 at 80mcg day same with clen atm, will work to 100 then cycle back down. As far as training i guess i need to start working towards a more focused 6 day routine with 2 times a week per part. I am eating 6 small meals per day mainly chicken, salmon, salad with all meals, and shrimp. Should I just say the hell with it and load up to 8 meals... Thanks in advance.

200g is quite a bit of carbs for a cutting diet... You might try posting your cutting diet along with macronutrient breakdowns in the diet forum.

What kind of testosterone are you shooting 1cc per week?

Your cardio might also be more effective done in the AM on an empty stomach.

Thanks for the advice bro! Most of my carbs are comming from monster energy drinks which i put down on the way to work and pre workout. I add my cytomel and clen to those to improve the taste. Good idea with the am cardio but im on dayshift atm so its tough tou get up at 5am to do cardio before I go to work. The Denkall is : prop 25mg,enth 188 cyp 187. I started to just skip the test and use an masteron mix that contains: dros prop 100mg, test prop 50, test phenyl prop 50 per cc, but decided against that. Would it be ok just to use the cycle i described above with that masteron mix instead of loadin up on test? Thanks

I think you need testosterone in every cycle to prevent being "shut down" sexually. If you're running a blend of prop/enanthate/cyp, optimal blood levels are going to be achieved with EOD (every other day) injections due to the half-life of propionate being 48 hours. You could probably get away with twice-weekly injections though, once weekly is a major stretch. Your blood levels are probably all over the place.

Monster energy drinks are all sugar. Get some caffeine pills instead if you need them to get you through the day.

I agree it is hard waking up in the morning, but if you go to bed an hour earlier it shouldn't be TOO much of a problem. IMO the AM is the prime time for fat burning. If you run with a meal in your digestive track, you are burning the food first and THEN fat... essentially the same as skipping a meal.

In the mornings, you don't even have to run, as that can be catabolic getting your heart rate too high for too long. A 45-60 minute session on the treadmill at a fast-walk on incline does wonders 3x per week. I try to keep my HR between 70-80% of my MHR, any higher than that is risking catabolism, especially with no food in your stomach.

hate to spam, but

i started using pharmanex vitamin paks and my antioxidents have improved from 16k, super low to 22k, out of the red range and I havent changed anything but adding those supplements. They are the real deal.

Thanks bro! I certainly will keep your suggestions as implications in my regime. much appreciated!

Good luck bro... starting a new routine is always the hard part, and then it becomes second nature.

It might be beneficial for you to write out your USUAL daily diet (Times, foods, grams of protein/fat/carbs) so we can see when you're eating what, and what foods you're eating. Macronutrient counts for the entire day don't tell us a whole lot.

Im keeping the carbs down to 100g now and my cycle is starting to kick in. I am gaining muscle like mad as ive gone to smaller more packed meals and I am always hungry. I havent flat benched in about a year and did 275 for 5 sets of 5 although it felt awkward. Ive been doing inclines for the last 8 months or so, because I tore my AC joint up benching. Got some depo shots and daypro and its feeling good so far. Im going to take it easy and concentrate on the quality of my reps. Anyway, I'm getting more vascular and I think the lowered carbs did the trick. The energy drink in the morning and the pre-work out are basically the only processed sugar I take in. The rest is cantelope or grapes. When I move back to swing shift, I will have much better results as I will be able to get into the gym first thing in the morning. atm its hard because the gym where i am opens as im going to work. its getting tough to do cardio on the test, but im sweating alot more and burning more on the t3/clen so im getting good results. I appreciate the advice. I changed to the low carb monster drinks which has made a huge difference. Its nice to load up my t3/clen in those to make the taste a lil better. :) My HR is working around 70% which is helping. Like you said there is no need to burn muscle. Ive lost only 2 lbs and about 2 inches from my waist on cycle and plan to lose another 4 total. size 34 were tight, now they are hanging :)
