3 times a week? Wow, my forearms are fried for at least a full day just after my back workout.

Good luck avoiding RMI/CTS.
 
i usually do foreams about 2 times a week at most!

but then again if you're doing other activities that require forearm strength and you're forearm gets worked alot(judo, wrestling,jiu-jitsu, picking up heaving things), then once a week is fine.
 
i do grip work everyday. i have grippers at home i squeeze while watching the tube or reading the boards. doing it right now.

i have grippers ranging from 100-300lbs.
 
I found that with my forearms I have great recovery and they grow like weeds when i punish them. Combine that with some gear and my nickname at work holds true... Popeye. Now If i could just get that chest and Bicep range to respond like that!
