I was wondering if anybody has ever heard of doing forearm injections. It seems like it would be a good way to beef up your forearms but I've never heard or seen anything about it.
I have thought about it, but seriously with nerve density, and the possibility of not being able to move your friggin hand for a week, I dont think I will be doing that.
I dont use straps or gloves, and I work forearms on leg day, seems to work fine for me.
yeah I was curious of how a site injection would work. If the whole site injection theory is true then why doesn't your ass turn out to be gigantic at the end of the cycle?
I dont believe that site injections work at all!!! IMO, but like Mudge said rotating sites is important.....Stick to simpler areas like, glutes quads, and shoulders........If you want to get a little more adventurous you could try pecs, lats, and calves..... Before doing this make sure you do your homework!!!!!!
Site injections do work. The trick is you have to use enough oil in a spot where the muscle fascia is small enough that it can actually be stretched. I've been experimenting with this my past two cycles and it works for sure. I've added over 1/2" to my bi's this cycle alone and my delts and rear delts are much bigger than before.
Again, site injections don't cause localized muscle growth. They just help the stretching of the muscle fascia so that your muscles can grow to that size. Kind of like muscle memory. It's so easy to get where you were before because your muscle has already been stretched to that point before.
This is also why your ass doesn't become enormous as it's too big of a muscle group for any stretching to actually occur. Bi's, tri's and delts are all muscle groups that can benefit from site injections.
I definitely believe site injections work. From personal experience I shot 3ml's e3d into each quad for about 5 months and noticed a great improvement. Sure, some of the size was from localized swelling but I havent taken a shot in my quads for over a month now so the swelling should be down but in all honesty, my quads are still much improved from what they were before I started shooting so much gear in them. I attribute some of the gains to site injections for sure.
Then again, this is somethign that will be debated until we are all blue in the face. Its really personal experience that is going to either make you want to do site injections or not.
This is good to know, but then it sounds like we are risking abcess from excessive oil buildup. Then again the King of Synthol lasted a good while before having problems.
I love em, helped my bis and especially the outer head of the tri.
Hit the top of forearms and it hurt like hell....maybe too many nerves in that area.
