Forearm Pain

Learning the Ways
Ive been lifting roughly about a year and a half to maybe 2 years... Ive got a couple of Cycles under my belt....i was ignorant for even starting them when i did because i could have gained a lot with just the right diet and routine... i weighed 105 at 5'4 and now weight 148 at 5'4...... my problem is i think i gained a little too much too fast and maybe my bones arent able to keep up or somthing...i started off benching 110 max maybe and now bench 275 max... my problem isnt when in benching tho, im just using those stats as a reference of how much change ive gone through... when i do dumbell curls or barbell i get a pain in my right forearm like as if my forearm bone wants to snap or somthing....and it feels achey all the time for the most part... do i just need more calcium? or i heard somthing from someone before saying somthing similar about it being stress fractures or somthing.... should i just lighten the load and do more reps or have any of you guys experienced this and how did u deal with it?

im a rookie so any help or advice would be appreciated

stop doing the exercises that make it hurt. maybe it is tendonitis. i have what sounds like the same prob. many bros do. i cannot do heavy arm curls, haven't been able for quite some time. may want to try some forearm wraps. that helps alot of people.

Get wristwraps and lay off the hjuice for a while. The signs are all up on the wall bro, just read them.

ive been off of the juice for about 6 months already and really dont plan to hop back on for another couple of years while i learn a bit more... i do use wrist wraps... i just bought some Harbinger thumb loop wrist wraps about 2 weeks ago...ill make shurr to try lightening up my grip and see how that works..hey d-bo it hurts about 2 inches away from my wrist, so its closer to my wrist and its the outer bone... i shurr hope i dont have tendonitis... im just tuned 21 years old... hey tman so what do you do for your biceps then if u cant really lift that much either because of the pain? It also seems to be only really my right arm... my left one gets a little discomfort but nuthing l really even notice

i lighten the weight and go with higher reps. the arms will still grow.

Try looking up an A.R.T. specialist in your area and go for a treatment. I get the same pain sometimes when doing curls but I can always fix it with some A.R.T.

sorry for the dumb question... i just dont know what A.R.T. stands for but what is that and how do they fix that?... but i noticed today that its not only when lifting weights... its any normal daily chore or for instance today i was helping my friend move... i was really achey after that

it sounds like an RSI... forearms are very prone to tendon related injuries because most bodybiulders/weight lifters tend to ignore doing forearm specific exercises.. a lighter grip is great advice.. however be careful with the wrist wraps!! ideally you want to strengthen your wrists and forearms to cope with all that extra weight you are dishing up to your biceps... wrist wraps can be a BANDAID SOLLUTION.

sounds like medial or lateral epicondilitis....you can change your grip by wrapping the grip of the db or whatever w/ a rag or foam or something...ice it, take ibuprofen..if time doesnt heal it, go to the doc..
