Forearm workout

Its a Celebration Bitches
My forarms and wrists are way out of proportion with the rest of my arm. Shoulders and Upper arms are huge, but forarms look like twigs.

If anyone have a grueling forearms workout that they wouldnt mind posting id appreciate it
 
I do reverse curls w/ the camber bar. 4 sets, 2 close grip, 2 wide grip. Then I do 3-4 sets of reverse curls. Those and my forearms have been getting good work (the belly side) from holding the bar from deads and shrugs. The reverse curls seem to have brought out mine pretty decent.
 
whack off more often!
on a more serious note....as pullinbig said...do more heavy pulling movements with no straps...and also do some wrist curls if you feel up for it.

#3 2-4 sets of barbell or dumbell extentions and curls on arm day

Lately I do 2 sets, dumbells.

i can honestly say i have never used a "strapon" in my life

ive used straps before tho:D
