hey guys just need some help on inner top forearms. cant seem to get it to grow. my outsides alright but the inside is a stubborn bitch. any tips or lifts would be great.:)
 
Curl your hands inward as much as you can, then while doing that squeeze a fist as hard as you can. Good stretch, do this then do forearm curls.

Or you could just jerk off !
 
They actually make a plate loaded forearm grip machine. Where u sit and squeeze both hands. But most places don't have that. So get a dumbbell and sit down with forearm on leg with dumbbell in hand let it roll from palm to finger tips and roll it back up. This should help
 
Yea, Deadlifts work good. My whole back day in general destroys my forearms. I think forearm size comes from 90% genetics 10% isolation work
 
thanks guys. i do deads and squats and i dont get much of a pump in forearms usually work once to twice a week with four days apart. ill give it a try
 
What about trying tying weight to a broom stick or something like that and rolling up the weights. Twist the broom stick backwards a few sets, and forwards the next. It kills
 
Pullups and heavy bent-over rows will blast your forearms. Also heavy dumbell shrugs with no lifting straps.

I do these and oh my do those burn... I love the feeling ;)
 
farmeres walk....or you can start at the biggest DB you can find, hold as long as you can, work your way all the way down to the 10-15lbs, like a drop set. I promise you your grip will be fried

Some guy at my gym does these once a week, it scares me lol.
