hey guys just need some help on inner top forearms. cant seem to get it to grow. my outsides alright but the inside is a stubborn bitch. any tips or lifts would be great.

farmeres walk....or you can start at the biggest DB you can find, hold as long as you can, work your way all the way down to the 10-15lbs, like a drop set. I promise you your grip will be fried

I'm going to go out on a limb and say i have 2/3 which isn't so bad..unless you're 5ft even i dont think you'd consider 5'8 tall
