Forgot to disinfect pin spot

I just messed up, I disinfected the vial rubber but for some stupid reason I forgot to disinfect the inection spot (quad). How fucked am I? (I had a shower prior to injection)

You'll know in a day or two if you get an infection. Chances are probably slim though so I wouldn't worry about it.

I rubbed my quad up and down a chics crack one time then pulled my gear out and pinned it in the same quad and nothing happened. Oh, but I had just taken a shower! LOL
