Four straight days of training OK?

This is my fist cycle and I'm only 3 full weeks in (test e 600mg WK). I was wondering if it is OK to train 4 days in a row? I feel great today after 3 straight days and one of my best leg workouts ever. I'm already noticing some crazy stamina and I don't even feel too sore. I just don't want to push it, any advice is appreciated.

Forgot to include my split. I do two days on one off normally, three on one off if I feel good.

Shoulders, triceps
Legs
Rest
Chest, bicep
Back, traps, abs
Rest
**repeat**

Training since 17. Currently 26. Took one full year off at 22, but since then training religiously.

Bench 315x4
Squat 365x4
Deadlift don't go heavy...use 275 reps 8-10

so where is the 4 days straight of working out?

I'm on my third now today should be rest. I haven't trained but I feel fucking amazing. Basically I'm contemplating going today. Should I stick to my routine or is it OK to stray once in a while?

3J pushes his Reverse Pyramid Training philosophy. This is a regimen which is 5 days in a row. 3 days ain't shit son and so long as your form is on point, your reps are done properly, and you don't do weight you shouldn't be doing, you'll be fine. Especially on cycle. In fact, you will probably have to adjust the volume of this plan later because you'll be able to rip through it. Then again, you're only doing 3 days in a row now... maybe not :D

Here's his write-up on it, including the regimen in it's entirety.

Here's the logging sheets I've developed to keep track of your progress while using this regimen.

As long as you rest after legs you should be ok. If your on cycle you can handle a bit more but your immune system can drop big time if you over train keep that in mind.

You should swap leg day for bicepts day. It would probably be better then working them out two days in a row. I have a similar split but I use

1 bicepts-calves-abs
2 chest-tris
3 legs
4 off
5 back-calves-abs <~~ edited back with bicepts
6 shoulders-tris
7 off

Good shit man. I might make that adjustment soon.

Honestly bro i heal so quick on cycle I don't take a day off unless I wake up one morning and I'm really sore, and typically after that one day off I'm healed up and go back at it. I bet I average 1 day off a week on cycle. I couldn't physically do that off cycle. You're going to physically be able to accomplish nearly twice as much right now, so my advice is kill bro. Check back and let us know how things are rolling along.

Good to hear man. Hopefully I keep recovering like this all cycle maybe even faster because I'm still at the beginning.
