When I eat my chicken breasts I put on a tiny bit of shredded low-fat cheese and a good little bit of Franks red Hot sauce. Theres no nutritional info on bottle.
Its a cayanne(spelling) pepper hot sauce, is this bad for me/counter-productive?
nope - i know a couple competitors that use that up to a week out from their contests. You need flavor in the off season or you'll go crazy. Enjoy your food, don't fret it.
