i have just finished todays work out..currently on a clycle of sustanon..

every workout my lifts seem to go up a bit ot at least stay the same..however , today my lifts went down! i couldnt even lift what i was lifting last week..i have it everything i got and just couldnt do it..

this really pisses me off and demotivates me..people say if u dont up the weight every workout or every 2 workouts that u are wasting your time...does that mean that the workout i just did, even tho i really pushed myself, was a waste of time as i wasnt lifting as heavy as last weeks?

i just feel so pissed off and demotivated
 
could be a lot of things such as sleep, nutrition, stress etc... if its just one day i wouldnt worry about it, everybody has off days. However if it lasts longer than a couple, i would look into it more as it could be a defficiency in nutritents or something more serious.

well said . overtraining could also be the problem , especially if he is maxxing out to often .
