lolololol,...sorry man, not trying to be a dick, but think about the kinds of losses the insurance companies would incur if that were the law.
That's why they do medical checks, to make sure that you're telling the truth on you application, so that they can charge you the right monthly or yearly premium, or decline you coverage if you're deemed too high of a risk.
Being a smoker will double your rates.
Having ever used any illegal drug(in Canada marijuana is considered "smoker"lol) will be cause for an increase in premium or decline, steroids, with the amount of media hype and misinformation out there, pretty much means decline.
OP said he didn't care about insurance, I'm guessing he doesn't have a wife and/or kids yet.
